The Reserve
Located just minutes away from the beach, and included in your reservation is private beach access! This home is conveniently located right across the street from the clubhouse! At the clubhouse is a kid-friendly pool, communal hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts. Overnight boat and trailer parking available at the entrance of the gated subdivision.

Main Level
Guests can make meals, watch movies, play games, and relax together in the main level gathering area. Spacious living room with large windows to enjoy the lake view, right from the leather sectional! The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you might need to prepare and serve meals for your group, including a pantry. There is an 65-inch television to enjoy above the cozy fireplace. The deck offers more seating and scenery with it's lake view, picnic table and BBQ grill. The fully-functioning laundry room/mud room is also on this level. There is plenty of space and seating to gather and play card games, board games, or any type of games your family enjoys playing!

The master suite offers privacy, plenty of light, with skylights in the room, stunning views, and ample space for a comfortable stay. There is a separate bathtub and walk-in shower included in the en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs
Up the spiral staircase is a private loft that is packed with fun and entertainment! Challenge your group to a game of foosball or ping pong, or kick back and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV (40"). For an extra touch of excitement, don’t miss the built-in slide—perfect for kids and fun-loving adults alike! The loft also has three double bed bunks with a double bed under the bunks. Don't forget a full bathroom with a tub and shower!

Downstairs
The spacious basement offers both comfort and convenience, featuring two full bathrooms with bathtubs and showers. Unwind in the cozy living room, complete with a 55" TV—perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day of adventure.

The basement boasts four well-appointed bedrooms:

Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: King bed
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, twin bunk bed, and two pull-out single mattresses (under the bunk and another under the queen).

The Property
A beautiful yard with a firepit is the perfect place to spend the evening after a day exploring all the area has to offer. There is some grassy area for playing yard games.

Guests have full access to the two-car garage.

For winter guests: 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended in the winter. This driveway and surrounding roads will be plowed after a snow storm but driving conditions can be unpredictable so guests are encouraged to drive with caution.
