Relax and enjoy all that Bear Lake has to offer in this 8 bedroom 4 bathroom house within walking distance to the marina and walking path into town.

Fully stocked, beautifully decorated newer home with all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable, fun, and memorable.

Enjoy sitting under the pergola around the gas fire pit after a long day at the beach or relax as a family playing games or watching movies.

Air hockey table and ping pong will keep the kids entertained for hours. If traveling during the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) check out the outdoor pool and tennis courts at the Club House!

Washer and dryer provided with plenty of hot water with the on demand hot water heater.

All of the bedrooms upstairs have ceiling fans. The home also has air conditioning!

Beautiful area. Large backyard. Very comfortable!

There is a lot to do as far as the lake and parks and beach areas. Kids loved the game room!

This place met our needs. It provided a great place for kids to play downstairs and a place for the adults to sit upstairs and chat.

Amazing Family Reunion Spot

We had 25 of us stay in this home for our annual trip to Bear Lake. The home was perfect for our needs and everyone had a bed. We really enjoyed access to the tennis courts and pool, as well as the fire pit in the backyard. It was super easy to communicate with the host--she answered every message very quickly.

Beautiful home with lots of sleeping space.

great location, beautiful home with lovely patio and backyard space to enjoy family time. Close to the lake, close to town with grocery and restaurants. The community gives access to pool and hot tub as well! The one issue we had with our size of group, is there could be more restrooms compared to beds. The host was great to work with!

Thanksgiving

The property was great and the host was super nice, however the internet service was really poor. We had a family member who needed to do a little work and wasn't able, and when we arrived had to shovel the driveway. wouldn't have cared too much but had an elderly person who needed cleared walks and driveway. Over all the stay was great everyone had a fun time!

Family Reunion

The home was very nice with room for everyone. It was clean and comfortable. Our crew enjoyed being together. The fire pit was nice in the evenings. The kids enjoyed the game and family room. Overall, it was a great place to have our reunion. Thank you.

Everything we were hoping for!

The property couldn't be in a more ideal location, the house was just right (especially loved the covered back patio and firepit!). The kids had a ball with foosball and airhockey. Plenty of parking for our extended family. Everything was clean and tidy. It was perfect.

Fun at home

The weather was unseasonably cool, limiting our outdoor adventures this week. The house supplied all the entertainment we needed for three generations. It was a superb vacation home foe a large family reunion.

Bear Lake Home

The house was great and had everything you could think of. From blankets, towels, kitchen appliances, etc. kids enjoyed all the down stairs and adults enjoyed the bonfire late at night. Wifi was very slow.

Amazing home with lots of rooms and charm.

This was a lovely home with lots of room for our many family members. So charming in decor and lots of efficient features. Loved the large table in the kitchen, and the pantry in the hall for our food and items was great. The rack for the beach towels was so helpful and the double set of full size washers and dryers was fabulous. Very comfortable beds - very fun firepit area with lots of smaller chairs for our grandkids. Very fun! The basement play area was full of fun toys and games, guitar hero and mario kart was a win even with the young adults. It was the better place for gathering all of us - because it was the largest area in the house. Very comfortable, homey opportunity for our family reunion.

Wonderful time

Everything from checking in to checking out went smoothly. The house was clean and ready for us. It was also beautifully decorated and had a very homey feeling. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We hope to come back again. ( concern…the garbage can I the kitchen was dirty. It needs to be cleaned. Check out instructions in the house book and the check out sheet on the garage door are different. ) Thanks Justin for your help with answering questions and communicating with us.

A fun, winter family stay!

We have stayed at Bear Lake several times now and found this home to be among the best we've stayed in. It was very clean, very new looking and very well maintained. The bedrooms, especially those with all the bunk beds, were small, but the gathering places were larger - especially the downstairs family room. Another favorite space was the bedroom with the toys, we had lots of young children so that was a popular spot. The kitchen was very well stocked - we especially appreciated all the nice plastic dishes for younger children (no plastic bowls yet, though, so bring your own if you want them). And bring your own dishwashing detergent pods - the owner only provides a couple of them. We were close to Beaver Mountain Lodge and rented a snowmobile and went sledding at the Sinks - both fun activities for the winter season. The home was also equipped with LOTS of board and card games and DVDs. We used some of each! The owner hadn't rented over Christmas before so hadn't thought to decorate, but we brought our own artificial tree and had making decorations for one of our activities - worked out well. The owners were quick to communicate with us. When we arrived and were fumbling with the door code, one of them noticed from their phone and opened the door for us! And, we left something behind, wrote and asked for them to look for it and they found it and mailed it to us promptly! All in all a nice, comfortable place for ALL our large family (13 adults, 12 children) to gather and make memories together! Thanks, Harbor Village home!

The host was great. She communicated well. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and cookware. Host has a folder to read upon check in that is very informative. A little long but informative. The only think I wish we had know was that the back yard is not flat. It has a slope which make lawn games difficult for our aging family. So just know it had a gradual slope.

We had our volleyball team retreat here. It was perfect. The girls loved everything especially the number of beds. No one was on the floor or couch this year! Check-in was simple and our host was terrific about communicating with us. Thanks for a great weekend!

Whole family stayed here for our family reunion, 28 people ages from infant-74, and we had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was stocked with just about every small appliance (blender, instantpot, several griddles, coffee maker, rice maker). There were also some basic seasonings/spices provided, which was convenient. The kitchen/dining area was a bit snug for our large group, but there was plenty of room when you include the outdoor tables, and the weather was perfect for eating outside. We loved the gas fire pit! There were plenty of bath towels, and they were good quality as well. Having a spare frig/freezer in the garage was a life saver! With a big group, you always worry about hot water, but not in this house! It was so nice that everyone always had a warm shower due to the tankless water heater. They also provided sand toys, water floats (kind of like noodles), and 10 beach towels for fun at the lake. The kids loved throwing the frisbee in the back yard and seeing deer and wild turkeys roam in the field behind the house. We enjoyed the air hockey and ping pong tables, and the littles loved the toys provided. Loved the tennis courts and pool too!The house was clean and decorated very nice. There were lots of extra blankets, which several people in our group appreciated because the a/c works very well! Communication was superb with Stacy and she answered questions I had beforehand quickly. We are thrilled with our stay and would come again.

Great Space for Large Family Reunion

Wonderful property at Bear Lake. The home was well stocked with plenty of wonderful amenities and a well stocked kitchen for our large (22 people) family group.

Great location and views

The hosts were amazing to work with. This place is stocked with everything that you need. We loved having the pool and tennis courts so close. This place was perfect for our family reunion. We would definitely recommend this home.
