Haile was amazing host, helpful with check in and other requests. The apartment has a brand new kitchen and plenty of room for a family. The front porch was lovely to spend evenings. Enjoyed our stay!

Stayed for a week to see the sights of D.C.! About a 15-20 minute walk to the metro station. Upon arrival you have to go through the front of the house to go open the back gate for parking. House was clean and satisfactory for what we needed. Be aware the toilet situation - something I wasn't prepared for. Natural waste only in toilet. Pipes in DC are very delicate! It was very hot in DC and humid in the house when we got there, but several fans are provided that really helped.

The toilet has been confirmed to be functioning properly, and guests are asked to flush only natural waste to help prevent clogs. We’ve also confirmed the back gate and parking access are functioning as intended, along with the central A/C and individual window units in each room. We’ll continue monitoring these areas to ensure everything is working properly and the home is comfortable for future guests.

The house was very nice and well furnished with all the essentials needed to stay for the week, including coffee and filters. The only negative was that the A/C unit could not keep up to overcome the outside temperature. It was 95 and very humid the week we were there and the best temperature we could obtain in the house was 72-75 farenhite. The owner did provide several high quality fans that did help with the comfort level. Other than that the accommodations were very nice and located very close to the Metro and Howard University.

We're so glad the house felt well furnished and comfortable, and that the location near the Metro and Howard University worked out well for the stay. We appreciate the feedback on the A/C. The unit is fairly new, but with outside temperatures reaching 95 degrees and high humidity that week, it can be hard for any system to keep up fully. We provided high quality fans to help with comfort in the meantime, and it's good to hear those made a difference. We're glad the overall stay was a pleasant one.

Amazing experience, highly recommend

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. Everything was squeaky clean and brand new. The hosts were super attentive as well. The neighbourhood felt pretty safe and the location was a plus point. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for stay.

The townhouse was meticulously cleaned and maintained. Very welcoming when we walked in with thoughtful decor. The location was exceptional to walk to Howard University and many restaurants within 10 minutes. The kitchen was furnished with plenty of dishware, and the full-size appliances were well maintained. Bathrooms were stocked with body wash, shampoo & conditioner, etc. Soft linens & towels were available; and a washer/dryer was on premise. (Lots of showers were taken due to the Aug heat/humidity.)The space accommodated our group of 4 nicely. There is a dedicated parking space which we used. It did require a little finessing to close the metal gate the first time, but once we had the hang of it, we were fine. Although we had a car, you could easily walk to places including the Mall, or Uber (as we did...about 15 one-way)Our hostess welcomed us with cold bottles of water and little chocolates. Very appreciated as we had come directly from DIA (airport.) I had no need to contact the hostess during our stay.Although the primary purpose of our stay was to delivery my son to Howard University and help him get settled in his lodging for the year, we took side trips to the Shenandoah Valley and the Chesapeake Bay, so the location worked great for our site-seeing. Parks are nearby if you have small children. All bedrooms are upstairs. Hostess provided, blow dryer, iron, cleaning supplies & gloves (if needed); AC & fans for season. I would stay again on future trips.

The property was as advertised. There was a market at the end of the block with a variety of items available. Everything was clean and comfortable. If you plan on cooking you will need to bring/buy all your spices, oils, and other basics including salt and pepper. There were five in our family and we tended to run out of some dishes like bowls when having a meal.

Great find. Enjoyed our stay

Loved the townhome. Everything was new. All appliances, utensils towels etc. were all new. The place was clean and above all Haile (The host) was amazing. I called him to ask if there was a toaster, and he brought it in very quickly and even brought a bag of coffee. He was always available to talk to at any time.The area seemed pretty safe and there is a convenience store right across the street. It was very helpful as I needed some yogurt and was able to get it early in the morning. They even had a private parking for one vehicle. There is free street parking in front as well. The three bedrooms were exactly what we needed as I had my son and my mom with me.It was about 12-15 minute drive from the capital.

The townhouse is beautiful and very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again! Easy to walk to restaurants and Whole Foods. And fast uber rides to the convention center and the Capitol & other attractions!

Cinco días visitando Washington

La casa estaba limpia y muy bien equipada, con mobiliario y electrodomésticos modernos. Las camas son cómodas. Tiene buena ubicación para visitar el National Mall, con parada de autobús cerca. Hay una pequeña tienda en la esquina que está muy limitada, pero andando un poco más pudimos encontrar un supermercado con productos ecológicos. Estuvimos cinco días y fue todo muy bien.
