Welcome to your D.C. getaway hosted by Van-Tine Vacation Rentals! This beautifully renovated townhouse offers the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. Thoughtfully decorated and fully updated, it’s designed for relaxing, entertaining, and exploring the city. Step outside to enjoy the quiet backyard, or head out and find shops, restaurants, and historic landmarks just a short walk away. You’ll be less than 15 minutes from The Mall and Capitol Hill, with easy access to North Capitol Street. 

What You’ll Love About the Space

Main Level: Bright and open with a modern kitchen, dining area, living room, and a convenient half bath.



Upstairs: Three bedrooms—one master suite with a queen bed and private full bath, a second queen bedroom, and a bunk room perfect for kids or groups. A second full bathroom is also on this level.



Lower Level: A fully finished basement that feels like its own suite, complete with a cozy living/entertainment space, wet bar, queen Murphy bed, and a full bathroom.



You’ll find comfy beds with crisp linens, plenty of towels, and toiletries so you can settle in and feel at home. Off-street parking, outdoor seating, grill and a mini basketball hoop add extra perks to your stay.

This is a hard one because some things were very nice and some not The kitchen and furnishings were nice but the comfort of the bed and pillows in the master need upgrading The fan in the 2nd upstairs bedroom room was so dusty and dirty it could not be turned on. We we’re disappointed the fire pit was not in a location it could be used and access to the back downstairs door was not available So with a few attentions this property would be perfect

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and very clean. We spent most of the days sightseeing and reaxing in the evenings. The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare meals and reheat leftovers. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful family getaway

We stayed here with our 3 kids and found this place perfect for our family! Lots of space, plenty of bathrooms and everything we needed to be comfortable after lots of exploring all day. The metro is just a short walk away and the house is very clean and updated! The owner is super responsive with any questions you may have too! Highly recommend!!!

Our host answered all questions promptly. It was an easy drive into the city. The amount of places to sleep was excellent for 4 adults and 2 children, ages 8 & 11 and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate all. Parking was tight to access but expected in the city. It's located on a busy street with typical city noise. We did not use the kitchen much at all but it seemed to be fully equipped.

Great accommodations, excellent location, and comfortable space for a family of 6. We enjoyed our stay and would book this location again for our next visit to DC. This place works well for us as a working group. It is clean and spacious. It had the supplies that we need. This was our second year coming.Craig is easy to communicate with. The upstairs is warm when it is very hot out.
