While traffic conditions can vary depending on the time of day, the property is only minutes from the National Mall, Capitol Hill, and other major attractions making it an ideal location for those looking to experience the city’s vibrant culture and history. Travel time may fluctuate due to peak-hour congestion, which is common in any major metropolitan area. As for ride-share drivers, occasional unfamiliarity with specific neighborhoods is not uncommon and may be more reflective of driver experience than the neighborhood itself. Our guests consistently report positive experiences getting around the city, with many appreciating the convenience of our central location. Regarding the door lock, we’re sorry to hear you had difficulties. It is a modern digital lock designed for guest security and ease of access, and we always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if assistance is needed.
