Welcome to our OG Beach House, your perfect coastal escape! This cosy, dog-friendly holiday home (outdoor dogs only) offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. This comfortable four bedroom, two-bathroom property can sleep up to 8 guests, ideal for a family group.

Located within a 5-minute drive to the main shopping strip of Ocean Grove and the main beach. Adventure Park is a ten-minute drive away, plus plenty of local golf courses, wineries, restaurants etc make this a great spot to base yourself for your next OG getaway!

Property features:
- 4 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHROOMS: Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, ideal for families or groups of friends.
- The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk in robe and ensuite, plus a handy workspace.
- Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed plus workspace.
- Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed
- Bedroom 4 is a living space that can be used a bedroom, offering a single bed with trundle bed. This room opens up to the side deck.
- OUTDOOR LIVING: Enjoy a great deck area with BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining. Unwind by the fire pit under the stars!

HEATING & COOLING: we have a split system in the open plan living room, plus ceiling fans throughout, including all bedrooms. The property has ducted heating.
PARKING: Space for 1-2 cars
BED LINEN AND TOWELS: Are all provided, however please BYO beach towels
PETS: 1-2 dogs are most welcome however we do ask that pets remain outside. Please BYO pet beds, bowls etc. You must clean up after your pet prior to check out or extra fees will apply.

- STRCTLY NO schoolies, hens/bucks or parties of any type.
- Our quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am - please be mindful of our neighbours and keep quiet during these times
- You must be over the age of 25 to book this property.
