Beautiful Apartment Recently Fully Renovated with Sea View and Internet WIFI
4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom.
Ideally located less than 10 minutes' walk from the beach and the city center (Ramblas).
Numerous free and unlimited parking spaces nearby. Depending on the time, it can be difficult to find spots, but with a few laps around, you will always find one. Otherwise, there are also paid parking spaces near the accommodation where you can always find a spot.
The Accommodation
This apartment is located on the 7th floor (penthouse) of a building with an elevator. The height allows you to enjoy a magnificent sea view.
It has an internet connection with WIFI.
There is air conditioning in the living room/kitchen area and fans available for each bedroom.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is very well equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). The living room, bright and spacious, has a comfortable sofa and a television (Spanish and Catalan channels available). It gives access to a furnished balcony with table and chairs, offering a beautiful view of the sea and Vilanova.
The master bedroom has a dressing room, a double bed, and a television.
The second double bedroom has direct access to the balcony.
The third double bedroom overlooks the inner courtyard.
The fourth and smallest bedroom in the accommodation has a single bed.
The accommodation has two bathrooms (toilet, large shower, towels provided, etc.).
