This spacious three-story home is effortlessly accessible with an elevator serving every level, including the carport. The first floor features two inviting bedrooms, each with its own private balcony. One is an oceanfront retreat with a plush queen bed and a private half bath, perfect for unwinding while watching the sunrise. The second bedroom, designed for the kids, includes a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle and a cozy streetside balcony. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination makes bath time easy, and a convenient full-size washer and dryer are also located on this level.
The heart of the home is on the second floor, where the fully equipped kitchen boasts two eat-in bars, a dining table for six, and a separate breakfast nook, ensuring plenty of seating for everyone. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Twin Day Bed, 1 Twin Trundle, 2 Twin Sleeper Sofas.
Parking: Parking for two vehicles - one under carport, one driveway.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
