Wonderful experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had an excellent experience. Our rental was conveniently located, in pristine condition and equipped with everything we needed to our 7 day stay. Great kitchen layout and fully organized for cooking family meals. Lots of space in this unit and everything was fully operational. Loved the pool / hot tub and easy access from our location. Some new home construction in this area - however it did not affect our enjoyment of the property at all. Kimber and Dan were 100 percent responsive to the few inquiries that we had during our stay. And the golf was excellent - Dan curated a great selection of courses for us. I would highly recommend this experience with Ledges Vacation Rentals.

Great Place

Overall a great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at several different units at the ledges. I think this is a new rental. The location is quiet, very close to golf and the pool was great. Overall it was ok but it could use a few things. The down stairs furniture is not very functional or comfortable for gathering. If you want to visit and watch a game you have to go upstairs. I personally like to cook and visit so this was an issue. There are some issues with construction, like bedroom doors won’t close and lock due to the doors are not properly fit. The unit needs to add a few items like pool towels and a regular coffee pot. I am sure it will get better with time as people need items.
