Super clean

Everything was super clean. Didn’t lack for anything. The back of the home faced a highway, but noise was not an issue. We were unable to park in the garage as it had a fridge and other stuff stored in it. We drove a medium sized SUV.

Better than expected!

We really enjoyed the amenities, great neighborhood, and incredible customer service/communication during an unexpected power outage. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area and want to enjoy a great place!

This gem is exactly as advertised: clean, bright, spacious, and with perfect views of the red rocks! Sunrises by the firepit on the east side of the house were spectacular, as we did sunsets on the smaller balconies to the west. The kitchen was also well stocked, which made cooking after longs days of golf super easy. Loved this place—and know you will too

Relaxation with a lovely view!

Ledge’s is a lovely and relatively new golf course community outside St. George. The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The 1-car garage stores a lot of owner items and does not have room for a regular vehicle, so be aware your car will be parked outside. The private driveway has room for 1 vehicle. You will love Tge Ledge’s community!

Great property

This 3-bed 4-bath property was clean, comfortable, and functional with many amenities. It can seat 12 for meals inside and another 6 outside. In addition to a back porch with pretty landscaping, it has two upstairs balconies with seating - one has a porch swing, hanging lights, and a fire pit. Location was great, pool was fun, check in and check out were easy. House came with the arcade games and many board games. Beds and couches were comfortable for ages 5-85. 100% would recommend!

Unblocked view of the scenic Snow Canyon area is special - no neighborhood homes blocking from the patio view. Everything you can imagine is in the unit’s kitchen for cooking and serving a meal on beautiful dishes. The beds are comfortable. We miss a primary bathroom tub but there are 3 standard tubs upstairs. TIP - The unit does not have martini glasses ... bring your own. Enjoy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Ledges for 9 nights in the house called the "chill zone". It was our first trip to Utah, a golf trip, and everything exceeded expectation.First, the "chill zone" house was amazing, it had everything you could want. The pictures on the site are exactly what you get. There is no expense spared, you are not walking into a cheaply furnished rental here, this place is well designed with nice furnishings and appliances, you feel at home the moment you walk in. The instruction getting to the property were emailed and texted to us in advance, upon arrival we simply used the provided code and walked right in. No hassle or waiting on anyone.We only needed help once and it was simply to get the BBQ gas refilled. I called and they immediately answered and told me I should find a full replacement in the garage. I never even thought to look but there it was.There are clear instructions on what to do when leaving, couldn't have been easier.Outside of the golf (which was great!) we took advantage of the pickle ball courts, jacuzzi on site. Offsite the walking trails and picture spots were plentiful.Thank you to the staff at Ledges for setting everything up, and Dan who helped book our tee times at various courses ahead of time.For those who are interested, of the courses we played I would definitely recommend (in this order), Sand Hollow Champion, Ledges, Oasis Palmer (Mesquite), Coral Canyon, Sky Moutain, Sunbrook (municipal but excellent course for the price, 3 9's, we enjoyed Woodbridge and The Point the best if only playing 18), Falcon Ridge (Mesquite). Next time we'll look to try Black Desert and Copper Rock.We will be back!
