Casa Ledges is a luxury home located at The Ledges of St. George. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 2,522 sq ft home is set up to accommodate single or multi-family groups. The furnishings include all the upgrades you could ask for including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The floorplan is open and welcoming with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Accommodations also include an outdoor gas grill, pool, hot tub, covered back patio, and a private backyard.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts and is conveniently located nearby the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Performing Arts Center. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Golf trip and first time to St. George.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would like to thank Dan Decker and the staff at Ledges. They answered questions and provided details and examples for me to make informed decisions. I was convinced my next trip to the area would include another stay at Ledges and more rounds of golf. I had a disappointing experience with the golf course on our last day, which will factor into future plans.After a late lunch at the Fish Rock grill, I walked over to the proshop to check availability for an late afternoon 9 holes. I was told the last tee-time would be 6pm, and green fees would be $75 dollars. I returned at 5:50 and was charged a total of $93 dollars for 9 holes of golf. Justified by "Demand Pricing" which I find as a poor excuse to over-charged customers. No one had tee-off for 30-40 minutes as I had been watching from the pool and decided I'd go play more golf, as we were leaving in the morning.I find it ironic the young man at the counter stated that I didn't have to play, really? I believe it is has always been my choice when and where I play golf, and how much I am willing to pay. I find it truly un-satisfying to book a stay in a golf community, be told a price that I would be charged for golf, and then be told the price had changed. When I tried to explain my dis-satisfaction, I was basically told, go find something else to do if you don't like it.I will factor this in when planning my next trip. I believe the Ledges needs to take a deep look and soul searching as to the benefits and costs of demand pricing.I'm still looking for the course who offers $10 dollar green fees, due to the course being slow.Demand pricing is another means to see how much money we can extract from our customers, regardless of how much they've spent or if we'd like to make sure they return.I've stayed at other courses and resorts, and been told, just go play another 9 holes and enjoy. A little underwhelmed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very nice house, but the supplies were very lacking. The pantry was basically storage bags, or tin foil or saran wrap for leftovers. There were only a couple of wine glasses, and everything was numbered, which seemed like they don't trust anyone. We have stayed at the Ledges multiple times, and all of these amenities were readily available, which led to my disappointment. We will stay again, just not at this property.
