We really enjoyed our stay here. Condo was in a great location and the grandkids enjoyed the fact that pool was jist a few steps away . o Tauacan

Perfect Getaway Place for Families

Beautiful place, with everything we needed for a fun weekend away. The clubhouse was perfect for the teens, the pool was perfect for the kids, and the splash pad was right outside our door for our littlest ones.

The house was as expected. Easy to check in and communicate with Michelle. Location next to the pool was perfect for kids. We will definitely be staying there again!

We LOVED this property.

Such a beautiful, clean, new fun home to stay. Awesome heated pool that the kids enjoyed every single day. So close to snow canyon. Will definitely stay here again.

Poolside paradise

This place was awesome for our family of 8! Kids loved the bunk room. Parents loved this large master bath and comfy bed! Super clean, great location and supplied with everything we needed. Whenever I reached out to the property manager they were quick to respond and always helpful. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Loved it.

Our stay was perfect. The neighborhood is very nice, our kids loved the pool, and we loved the location. The condo is very clean and roomy. We’d absolutely stay here again. Zero complaints.

Amazing place for families

This is one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in. The place is very spacious, homey, and stocked well. Our two families with 7 children ages 1-7 had a blast! It’s even better than the pictures. I especially loved the huge bedrooms. We would love to stay at this property again.

The property is like brand new with great amenities. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing and convenient. The condo itself is fresh and spacious with everything we could possibly need.

Great 2nd stay

This was our second time here and it was just as great as the first. Super clean, nice location close to splash pad, pool and pickle ball courts. Check in easy, smart tv to watch movies, games, everything you need in a kitchen. Great unit!

Paradise among the red rocks.

We loved our stay. The home was new and clean. Comfortable beds and room for all. The pool was so fun with the slide and jacuzzi and play area. My grandchildren loved the splash pad right outside our patio. Pickle ball courts too.

Great Place

We came to town for a family wedding and this place was perfect for us! The kids (and adults) loved the pool and splash pad located right out the back door! The kids also loved the bunk room. So fun! It was very clean and kitchen was stocked well with dishes and everything we needed. The old-school video game console was a big hit! Wish we could have stayed longer! We definitely want to stay here again :)

Super responsive

Rented for a St George tournament for our young athlete. Great stay. Clean, comfortable and fun. The owners were readily available when we had a hard time accessing the unit with a door code. The issue was immediately fixed. Couldn’t be more happy with the effort and response to our concern. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Amazing place and Michelle was awesome to communicate with. We had a last minute request and although she could not accommodate our request she offered another solution and it worked out great! We will definitely be staying again. Thank you Michelle for everything.

Great place to stay on our way to Zion

I was traveling with 2 families. We had 5 teenage boys and this place had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our group. Our place overlooked the pool, lot's of pool towels were available and we enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage and the grill on the patio. If we would have had more time we would have played some pickle ball too. The owner was very responsive, I left a bag behind and was able to pick it up a week later when I was passing through town again.

Mother's Day Get-A-Way : The prefect retreat at The Sun House!

Exceeded ALL expectations. The property is clean, well-maintained, and stocked full of all the amenities needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay. The décor is stylish and not overstated... felt more like a spa retreat than a townhome/condo. The unit location at the Resort is quite convenient... only a few steps from the pool entrance and the splash pad is easily accessible as well as visible from the porch or mater balcony. The north/south orientation of the unit also provides a great mix of sun & shade throughout the day without the blast of early morning or late afternoon bright-light as the sun moves overhead. Communication with the property manager was timely and easily understood. The only problem we had was with the fancy electronic lock at check-in, and that was resolved quickly and the lock wasn't an issue the remainder of the stay. Beds were very comfortable in all of the rooms, in-suite baths made for plenty of privacy and convenience. The shuttered windows allow plenty of light and we enjoyed the mild spring weather with many of the windows open and ceiling fans keeping us cool :: our four-year-old granddaughter called it "The Sun House". All of the appliances large and small were in good repair and the fridge, dishwasher, and wash & dryer were all high-quality and worked great. There's plenty of seating for 20 people to dine without being crowded and that doesn't include the kiddie table - which was a BIG HIT with the grandkids. ALL of the kids, big & small young & old, enjoyed the pool, the waterfall/slide, and the hot tub... and the neighboring tenants were welcoming and friendly. The grounds were beautiful and blooming and the lizards visited often! Should we have the opportunity to stay in the area again, we will be back for more fun in the sun!

This property is so much fun. There is something for everyone, from pickle ball and pool to ping pong and swimming. The pool is right outside our back door and the sound of the water takes you right to paradise.

The unique benefits are that Ocotillo Springs is far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy St. George and all that it has to offer. Guests can bring their food and clothes and spend their entire stay right in the community!
