Perfect For Our Group

The property worked out great for event. Plenty of room and clean. No problems checking in and the owner responded very quickly to a couple of questions we had as well as checking in with us to see if everything was good. Location has everything you need close by. Parks to walk the dog and several coffee shops to grab a drink on your walk.

Could’ve been better

Overall, we had a good stay at the property. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for our family. However, we did experience a few issues during our visit. The refrigerator was leaking water, and the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly, which made parts of the house uncomfortable at times.Additionally, the steps leading up to one of the rooms had nails sticking out, and unfortunately, two of my children hurt their feet. I contacted customer service, and while they assured me that maintenance would come by, no one ever showed up to address the issues.Despite these concerns, we did enjoy our time overall and would consider staying here again if those problems were taken care of. The location and cleanliness were definite positives.

Thank you, Steve, for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the home spacious, clean, and in a great location, but we’re truly sorry for the maintenance issues you encountered during your stay. That’s not the experience we want any of our guests to have, and I completely understand your frustration especially with the A/C and refrigerator concerns, and the safety issue with the nails on the steps. Please note that we take your feedback seriously and we'll make sure we address these issues. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re grateful you’d still consider staying with us again. We’d love the opportunity to provide you with the smooth, comfortable experience you deserve next time. Ghezzel | JZ Vacation Rental
