Please be aware that the property does not have elevators and that access to the upper floors is via stairs. Amenities are limited, and the pool is currently under construction. The fitness center and tennis facilities are open only Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

- PARKING: There is NO parking available.
- PETS: Pets are NOT permitted on the property.
- DEPOSIT: A refundable pre-authorization of $300 will be collected at check-in. This amount will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there is no significant damage to the unit.
- ID CHECK: In accordance with community rules, you will be required to submit a government-issued photo ID during check-in using our check-in form. You will also need to agree to our terms of service.
