Our home has central gas heating. There is also a split system in the loungeroom. There is an outdoor wood fireplace - guest are to BYO Firewood if they wish to use it.

One spot under the carport and free street parking.

The home is well equipped with a Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine (Vertuo Pods), coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.



The Neighborhood:

Our area is the perfect place to stay if you want to experience the best of Orange. This quiet residential neighborhood is conveniently located near all the local attractions, shops, and restaurants that make Orange such a wonderful place to visit.



In the neighbourhood, you'll find several parks such as Cook Park and Jaegar Reserve Park to enjoy a morning walk or picnic, and there are also plenty of local shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. Our top picks for your morning coffee are Byng St Cafe (4 minute walk), Anything Grows and Harley & Hem which are all within a 10 minutes walk.



Pellegrinis Italian, Birdie, Raku Izakaya and The Union Bank are all a short walk from the home and are incredible restaurants. 'The Sonic' - home to Jumbled and Gather Cafe are also close by for your shopping fix and a bite to eat.



Some of our best vineyards and cellar doors are as close as 5-10 minutes by car. Phillip Shaw being the closest at only a 7 minutes drive away

Wood - Guests must bring their own wood if they wish to use the outdoor fire.

Pets - Strictly outdoor only, respectfully we ask if pets can remain outside for the comfort of future guests, the backyard is a good size & is secure.

Cot - Port a cot available for guest use, must bring own linen.
