Palm Paradise is the perfect spot for friends to get together or families to spend quality time with each other. The home takes full advantage of the Palm Springs outdoor lifestyle with plenty of outdoor spaces for relaxing, entertaining, dining, and playing. The home is fully surrounded by 10 foot privacy hedges which provides you with a welcome sense of seclusion and retreat.
Brand new backyard in 2025 designed by HGTV celebrity, Mike Pyle, from the show InsideOut. Brand new pool with enormous tanning shelf / childrens (supervised) play area with barrier between the main pool, putting green, giant outdoor chess, bocce ball, ping pong, and corn hole!
The fully remodeled house has modern luxuries such as electric shades, well lit bathrooms with heated mirrors, and smart home controls via iPad for lighting, temperature, music, and pool/hot tub. You'll rest easy each night on brand new Casper mattresses with smart TVs in each bedroom.
The home features an expansive kitchen with space for multiple chefs to prepare group meals. The open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen provide opportunities for your friends and family to connect. The living room features a 75" LG SmartTV with a Sonos soundbar for watching the big game or winding down with a movie before bed.
Each bathroom comes well equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, cotton balls, Q-Tips, Neutrogena make-up remover, hand soap, toilet paper, and tissues. There are hairdryers provided in each bathroom as well as one iron & ironing board.
All bedrooms feature Smart TVs with options to stream content directly from your personal devices. The home has Spectrum Cable TV connected to the living room TV and all guests have complimentary access to the Spectrum TV app on personal smartphones and tablets as long as they are connected to the home's WiFi.
Each bedroom features an alarm clock with a wireless charging pad and a side table mounted charging block with two standard outlets and two USB outlets. You'll sleep comfortably in each bed with luxurious 800 thread count Hotel Signature sheets and both semi firm and soft pillows in each bedroom.

* Pool towels are available for guest use
The pool is serviced twice a week on Tuesday and Friday mornings to ensure it is sparkling clean for your visit. The pool temperature hovers in the 80s and 90s during the warm summer months. During the winter months, the pool can be heated for a fee of $50 per day. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you would like the pool heated. The hot tub can be used year round without a fee for heating.
The yard is serviced by a gardener each Thursday to ensure a well manicured yard.
Garbage is collected each Monday morning. Please leave garbage cans in side yard as the garbage service will collect and replace the bins.
Guests are encouraged to park vehicles in the garage and abide by the city ordinance which limits the maximum number of cars at the house to 4. There is a garage remote control available upon arrival.
There is a Tesla Universal Wall Charger EV charger available for guest use in the garage. It can be used for charging Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles.
CITY OF PALM SPRINGS VACATION RENTAL ORDINANCE:
* No outdoor music permitted at any time (including phones, bluetooth speakers, and outdoor TVs)
* Maximum of 4 cars permitted throughout entire rental period
* Maximum overnight occupancy is 8. Two additional children 12 years old or younger permitted.
* Maximum daytime occupancy is 12
* No parties or events allowed
* Quiet hours from 10 pm to 10 am (no noise can be heard at the property line)
* The Responsible Party occupying this Vacation Rental Property shall be at least 25 years old; and is responsible for the compliance of the Vacation Rental Regulations for all occupants and guests.
* Upon arrival, all adult guests are required to agree to and sign acknowledgment of the Palm Springs Good Neighbor policy.

I am a forty-something professional and I travel quite a bit for work and fun. Over the past year I purchased and remodeled a beautiful home in Palm Springs. I've fallen in love with the home, the neighborhood, and Palm Springs -- I hope you enjoy Palm Paradise as much as I have! While the Palm Springs location is new to the Airbnb market, you can read the reviews I received when I rented out my San Francisco apartment. Rest assured, you're working with someone who is passionate about customer service and providing each guest with a memorable experience.

I purchased the home in 2019 and did a complete remodel down to the studs. I've had so much fun devoting time to creating the perfect vacation rental. This home really has everything you can imagine! You might come to have fun golfing, hiking, eating out, or visiting National Parks, but I promise it'll be hard to pull you off the property because you'll be having such a great time with your friends and family!

* The Responsible Party occupying this Vacation Rental Property shall be at least 25 years old; and is responsible for the compliance of the Vacation Rental Regulations for all occupants and guests.
* Upon arrival, all adult guests are required agree to and sign acknowledgment of the Palm Springs Good Neighbor policy.
Additional Rules:
* Guests who violate the above Palm Springs ordinances are subject to immediate eviction from the property with no refund.
* Guests who violate the above Palm Springs ordinances are subject to additional fees.
* Owner or agent of owner reserves the right to enter the property at any time to verify suspected violation of City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinances. The City of Palm Springs ID #1972
* No outdoor amplified sound permitted at any time (this includes, cell phone speakers, bluetooth speakers and the outdoor TVs)
* Maximum of 4 cars permitted throughout entire rental period
* Maximum overnight occupancy is 8. Two additional children 12 years old or younger permitted.
* Maximum daytime occupancy is 12
* No parties or events allowed
