Shoreline Breeze - Costal Comfort on the Mesa

Nestled in the heart of the Mesa, Shoreline Breeze offers the perfect setting for your Santa Barbara getaway. This large home offers an expansive game room with a pool table, peek-a-boo views of the Pacific Ocean through gorgeous French Doors that let the beautiful breeze and sunlight pour in. There's even a kitchenette, bar and ample seating room for you and your family to enjoy. The French Doors lead you out to an expansive balcony with a fire pit to curl up next to with a good book or enjoy a glass of wine to watch the sunset. Down below, you'll be able to bask in the sun on the oversized day bed or spend the day relaxing in the hot tub. The lovely living area and kitchen are surrounded by lush greenery.

Shoreline breeze offers a primary bedroom on the main floor and upper floor and three guest bedrooms. Shoreline Breeze is the perfect location, being a short walk to Shoreline Park and 1000 Steps Beach.

The amenities were excellent for our family, the poor weather that occurred during our visit was made tolerable by the generous indoor spaces and recreation options. We had a small child in the group and were happy to find a high chair and other items that helped with our enjoyment.The hot tub and outdoor spaces were used when the weather permitted. The kitchen was well equipped, which was very helpful.Overall we were happy with the home, and hope to visit again in the future.

The house was everything we had hoped for! Plenty of space for our family of 7 and 2 grandchildren. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need to keep you entertained - pool table with 2 large tvs upstairs and bar stools to hang out, kitchenette to do puzzles, ping pong in the garage, and a hot tub just outside the back gate. The kitchen is well stocked with quality appliances and plenty of good pots:pans and dishes and utensils. There is even a high chair and pack and play in the closet, if needed. The location is awesome!! Easy walking distance from a great park and close to lots of fun activities. Can’t beat the view that is just across the street! We loved it!

The location was great, the house is very large and accommodating. Very clean. Lots of appliances in kitchen. Hot tub was fun. The only item that needed help was the coffee makers (yes, three of them!). The carafe on one of the coffee makers had been left on and was dirty and cracked. We did not receive a new coffee maker or carafe in time to use during our stay, so we reverted to the Nespresso machine. Everything worked out perfectly. Everyone enjoyed the house and was impressed by its roominess. Very comfortable house.
