Driftwood welcomes 10 guests in this spacious 2 level recently renovated 5 bedrooms and 3 bathroom home. All bedrooms have built ins and reverse cycle air-conditioning.

-Bedroom 5, a king sized bed offering a more private setting next to the third bathroom

-A full laundry off the kitchen area with top-loading washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board, vacuum, cleaning equipment & products
-The property is equipped with the largest hot water tank available, suitable for a large family. Like all homes in Copacabana, Driftwood operates on a tank-based hot water system due to local infrastructure. The system reheats overnight during off-peak hours, so we kindly recommend being mindful of long showers or multiple large baths taken in close succession, as hot water may take time to replenish during the day.

-Strictly no parties, events, gatherings, schoolies, hens or bucks nights. There is a strict no party, no loud music at night, no antisocial behaviour and no more in the property than what you have booked for. Immediate cancellation of reservation may occur with no refund for the remaining stay with costs passed on to you for security
-Please do not move any large furniture within the house
-Sorry, this house is not a pet friendly property
-Check-in after 3pm, check-out before 11am
-10 guests maximum
-All guests staying at the property must be listed and accurately described(i.e. adults, children, infants) at the time of the booking request. Any guests staying at the property outside of those listed will be in violation of our house rules.
-All bookings require photo ID and a refundable booking security bond.
-No commercial photography
-Any damage to property or violation of house rules will result in guests forfeiting a part of or the full security bond.
-We do not accept third party bookings. The guests checking in must be the people who are listed on the booking as the guests.
