This stunning, contemporary 4BR, 2 living and 2.5 baths, offers everything you need for a relaxed coastal break. Set on the high side of a cul de sac, the home boasts sea views of Victor Harbor, The Causeway, and a serene lake teeming with birdlife at the end of Krill Court. Take leisurely walks around the scenic lake trail and soak up the natural beauty that surrounds you. You will love the peace and tranquility of this secluded location. At night, the panoramic view is breathtaking as the houses and streets light up, and the frogs and birds croak and chirp.

Step inside and be impressed by the stylish decor and super practical layout. The ground floor welcomes you with a second living area with sliding glass doors, along with three generously sized bedrooms, a luxurious main bathroom featuring a freestanding bathtub, with a separate toilet and separate vanity area. Three people can use this space at once. Two of the three bedrooms have robes built in, and one has beautiful views to the lake.

Upstairs is where the magic happens – prepare to be wowed by the panoramic views! The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is flooded with natural light thanks to soaring high ceilings and expansive windows and double sliding doors. Step out onto the dual vast undercover balconies, perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying spectacular sunsets and the lightshow from Encounter Bay to Victor Harbor. The master suite, also on this level, offers views to the lake and lights, a large walk-in-robe, and a private ensuite bathroom including a walk-in shower.

There are three TVs – two big TVs in each living room, and another one in the second bedroom. The property has fast NBN, and Netflix and Stan are available. Other streaming services can be used but with your own logins.

Outside there is a beautiful garden to the front of the house which creates complete privacy and ambience to the two front downstairs bedrooms and living room. The main bedroom has timber screens for privacy, and the entire house has tinted windows for privacy and temperature control.

There is a reverse cycle split system upstairs (which is rarely needed due to loads of extra insulation), ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living rooms, and a beautiful gas log fire heater for warmth and ambience in winter.

** Steep Driveway Warning **
The driveway is a work of art, featuring exposed aggregate and a custom designed curb. It is steep and has a curve to get up to the house. The driveway will not suit everyone. It takes a little getting used to. We will send you the trick to mastering it, but if you’re not a confident driver, this might not be the property for you. It’s also a steep driveway to walk up, so whilst you can park at street level, it might be difficult carrying loads up and down the driveway. If you’re not sure, please get in touch with us first and we will talk you through it.

The carport can easily fit two cars and there is another car parking space at the bottom of the driveway (plus more out the front).

Kings Beach: A fantastic spot for walks with a sheltered little beach just a few hundred meters along the walking track.
Petrel Cove: Perfect for soaking in the scenic views (swimming is not advised due to strong rips).
Encounter Bay Beach: Located approximately a 10-minute walk from the property.
Both Petrel Cove and Kings Beach are about a 15-minute walk away. Alternatively, all three beaches are just a 2-minute drive from the property.

100% Pet-Friendly
The property welcomes your well-behaved pets inside. There is a small, fenced area off the laundry for dogs (with a small lawn area). The fence is 1.2m high. The local lake is a mecca for dogs, with walking trails around the lake and down to the beach.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $22 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $44 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
