Inside this 4-bedroom two-storey airy beach house, you’ll find spacious light-filled interiors with an upstairs open-plan living area designed for effortless entertaining. The super modern kitchen is fully equipped with all your entertaining needs and essentials, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and ice maker, making meal preparation a breeze.

Gather your people around the huge sectional sofa, ideal for cozy evenings with family and friends.

Step outside onto the expansive deck and be captivated by breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean, stretching from the Coorong to Granite Island. Enjoy alfresco dining at the outdoor table with seating for ten, or relax on the two large sofas while soaking up the stunning coastal scenery.

For your comfort and entertainment, the home is equipped with split system air conditioning, ceiling fans in Bedroom 1, 2, and 3, and a pillar fan in Bedroom 4. Enjoy big screen TVs with Netflix and a DVD player. Stay connected with Wi-Fi, fire up the electric BBQ for a casual meal, and enjoy the convenience of a washing machine. • Fourth Bedroom: Single/Single Bunk Bed* and a Double/Single Bunk Bed* (Sleeps 4, *top bunk not suitable for an adult)

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

The property welcomes your well-behaved pets inside. The fully fenced yard, with a height of 5ft at its lowest point, no gap, provides a safe and secure space for your furry friends to roam, complete with a grassed area.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $22 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $44 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.
