Guests occupy the entire apartment ( one of three apartments in the building) which is convenient to the laundry room. You will have street parking available. There is no designated parking spot for the unit. The Laundry room is shared by other guests in the triplex. Note the TV is a smart TV with Netflix, Roku, YoutubeTV. There is no cable tv. The TV has an articulating arm.

4. The garage is a shared space owner; is not responsible for anything lost or stolen from this common area. There no parking space in the garage for unit B.
5. There is a Ring doorbell on the property.
Owners are not responsible for items left at the property after check-out. When possible, if the Guest pays shipping, owners will mail forgotten items.
6. Renter acknowledges that the rented property is not childproof.
