The Space:

Welcome to Sea La Vie, a spacious and character-filled Sunshine Bay home designed for relaxed family holidays and easy coastal living.



The home offers plenty of room to spread out, with light-filled interiors, raked ceilings and a comfortable mix of indoor and outdoor spaces. The open kitchen and casual dining area make everyday meals easy, while a separate formal dining space provides another place to gather.



For cooler stays, settle in beside the wood-burning fireplace, while air conditioning keeps the home comfortable through the warmer months. Wi-Fi is also provided.



The real highlight is the outdoor entertaining area. A large covered space provides plenty of room to cook, dine and relax, complete with a built-in BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven. Spend sunny days beside the heated pool, unwind in the spa, then finish the evening around the fire pit.



Sleeping Configuration



Sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms:



Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ensuite

Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Bedroom 3: King single bed

Bedroom 4: Tri-bunk – double bed below with single above



All bed linen and bath towels are provided.



A portacot is also available for guests travelling with a baby. Please note that portacot linen is not supplied.



The home also includes a family bathroom with a bathtub and a separate powder room.



Garage and driveway parking are available.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the home and its outdoor entertaining areas during their stay, including the pool, spa, BBQ, pizza oven and fire pit.



Self-check-in is available via a key safe, making arrival simple and convenient.



The Neighborhood:

Sea La Vie is located in relaxed Sunshine Bay, giving you easy access to some of the Batemans Bay area's beautiful beaches while remaining close to everyday conveniences.



Nearby Surf Beach is popular for swimming and family beach days, with cafés and coastal walking nearby. Batehaven and Batemans Bay are also within easy driving distance for supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, shopping and other local attractions.



It’s a great base for exploring the beaches, bays and coastal villages of the Eurobodalla region.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore Sunshine Bay and the surrounding Batemans Bay area.



Beaches, cafés, shops and local attractions are all within a short drive, with convenient off-street parking available at the property.
