We are excited to welcome you and your family or friends to enjoy our stunning contemporary villa, overlooking Denhams Cove and some of the best views in Australia. You will never want to leave!
Included in the tariff are two single kayaks and a double kayak for use by guests, just stroll down the private pathways and stairs to Denhams Cove and experience our private boat deck and shed and enjoy the Cove for yourself. Incredible snorkelling available in the Cove and exploring the local fish and coral in the area.
With stunning views of beautiful Batemans Bay and the Tollgate islands from the living room and kitchen on the upper floor and the main bedroom and parents retreat from the lower level, you won't fail to be impressed.

For a comfortable stay, the villa is restricted to a MAXIMUM of six guests.
Smoking is not permitted at all in the villa or on its decks, We also have a strict NO PETS, no functions, no parties, no weddings or high school graduates. The villa is in a quiet residential area and is not a party house.
All linen , sheets, bath towels and tea towels are provided but you will need to bring your own beach towels.
The pod of Bay dolphins visits Denhams Cove most days while the sea eagles soar on the updrafts.
This holiday villa is only a short stroll (600 meters or 7 minute walk) to the beautiful Denhams Beach and a little further south(100 meters) to Surf Beach, which is patrolled by life savers over the summer period. A few minutes drive away is the magnificent Catalina Golf Course and the Bay CBD where you will find a culturally diverse array of restaurants and cafes as well as major food retailers and variety stores.
Mogo Wildlife Park is internationally renowned, so take advantage of a visit.
Take a drive and explore the local area, Tuross Lakes and down to Narooma, see the local seals on the Bar Rock Wall and head a little further to the historic village of Tilba.
Winter is a great time to visit the Bay, whale tours in Narooma are available or just sit back and watch them in the Bay from the living room deck.

We want to inform all future guests that our neighbours are in the process of construction work, there may be some noise associated with this construction during the week.

For January school holidays minimum 7 day booking is required.
