Escape to this beautifully renovated, stylish and fully furnished Beach house, nestled in a peaceful pocket of Batehaven on the NSW South Coast. With its light-filled, open-plan living space and a large backyard to enjoy. This beach house retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, while being within a 1km bike ride to the newly updated, world class Mogo Mountain Bike Park.

Situated in a prime location, just a 5-minute stroll to Corrigans and Caseys beach, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, Catalina golf course and a 5 min drive to Batemans Bay Wharf and town centre. This property is aimed at anyone who likes a trip away including Mountain Bike enthusiasts, as its access to Curtis Road Trail Head which is only a 5-minute ride. The property is equipped with a fully functional double garage that has been converted to Mountain Bike workshop to allow for repairs, maintenance and the ability to store your bikes securely after a long day riding.

We have surfboard racks, space for fishing gear with a freezer downstairs for bait and fresh fish along with a side access driveway to park additional cars, trailers and a boat is depending on what activities you enjoy.

The entry level welcomes you with a bright, open plan living and dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The living room seamlessly extends to the large deck/ BBQ area that overlooks the National Park. The front deck has expansive ocean views and is perfect for a morning coffee and/or a quiet beer or glass of wine in the evening.

The master bedroom features a plush queen bed and has its own ocean views. The second bedroom also has a plush queen bed with a large amount of cupboard space. The third bedroom offers two doble bunks and has its own TV area with a smart TV. Every piece of furniture is of high quality, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials, including a Nespresso coffee machine, making your stay as convenient as possible. The property offers a fully functional laundry with washing machine and dryer. Enjoy entertainment with the Smart TV and stay connected with fast WiFi.
