Capricorn Views is a traditional coastal home nestled amongst the bushland, located in the very center of Yeppoon.
Positioned on the hill overlooking the main street of Yeppoon with views of the water to Rosslyn Bay from the expansive decks.
Our pet friendly fully air conditioned 3 bedrooms, rumpus, 2-bathroom home has multiple indoor & outdoor living areas, so it is perfect for the extended family as there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Double lock up garage and street parking.
'Capricorn Views' is a family friendly self-managed home that is over 2 levels.
Upstairs offers 3 bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, open plan living areas and expansive decks. Downstairs offers open rumpus, bathroom, laundry and double lock up garage.

* 2nd bedroom - king bed
* 3rd bedroom - queen bed
* Open rumpus room - 2 singles/2 trundles with smart tv
* 2 bathrooms (one on each level)

* Air conditioned throughout (plus ceiling fans)

* Highchair & porta cot (cot linen not supplied)

Guests have access to the entire home and double lock up garage.
This house is suitable for 10 Guests however is NOT suitable for any type of event (no exceptions).
All bookings must be registered to an adult over the age of 21. Please advise the correct number of guests (adults and children) upon booking. The guest, in whose name the booking is made, must be present at the property for the full duration of their stay.
PETS
Should you wish to bring your 4-legged fury friend, it must be approved prior to your booking.
Please bring your own pet bedding.

We cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any guest’s personal property. If items are left behind, we will do our best to retrieve and post these items. Guests must pay to cover any time spent to retrieve the item and postage required.

EQUIPMENT & APPLIANCE BREAKDOWNS
Electrical appliances and A/C systems can and do occasionally break down or cease working. We are located in a remote area and parts can sometimes be delayed, or a technician is not available to inspect straight away. Please report any breakdown as soon as you can. Whilst every effort will be made to repair these items as soon as we can, no guarantee of their availability or serviceability for the duration of a stay is given. No refund or reduction in the rate will be granted should any electrical appliance or machine fail during your stay. We will not be held responsible for works or excessive noises near the accommodation.
KEYS
We supply two sets of keys for each booking. Loss or damage of keys or remotes (where applicable) will be charged.
INJURY
The property owner, host or property manager will not be responsible for any injury suffered to any guest, or visitors of a guest.
