Stylish Home with New Luxury Pool! Steps to Beach, Restaurants, Nightlife, Entertainment, and more!

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Water activities abound, with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, parasailing and other close by things to do.

Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

New luxury pool is complete and ready for use!. It's a beautiful 21' 6" x 21' 6" pool with 7' x 6' rectangle hot tub area. The pool is 3' 6" to 5' deep. Pool cage is not fully restored yet. Update pictures with the new pool coming soon!.

Luxury pool home on Palermo Circle in the highly desired Time Square area of Fort Myers Beach. Located on a large corner lot and directly across from the back bay waters.

This three bedroom, three bathroom home has many upgrades throughout including large windows for lots of natural sunlight, wood style flooring in the main living area, crown molding and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials of home including upgraded designer cabinets and appliances, granite counter tops and breakfast bar.

The upper level of the property is the master bedroom area with water views, private bathroom with jetted tub and flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and private outdoor deck with views of the pool area. Bedroom 3 has a full size Murphy bed and office desk. There is a lower level bathroom with shower near the pool entrance door and a sleeper sofa.

Other amenities this property includes are Wi-Fi, towels and linens, beach equipment, large grill and outdoor seating. Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style.

Pet friendly restrictions and fees apply. Dogs are permitted up to 25 lbs and non-aggressive breeds only with pet fee paid in advance. Pets restricted to dogs only, no other pets allowed and penalties enforced. Excess cleaning charges may apply. Dogs must be leashed when outdoors, must be cleaned up after and can't be walked on anyone else's property.

Great property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at Sugar Sand Retreat. The house was very nice. Had everything we needed. The location is fantastic. The pool and spa were a plus. We had a question about the pool controls and Luke was there in minutes to solve our concern. We would certainly stay there again!

Great vacation home in FMB!

Our family enjoyed this vacation home during Christmas vacation 2024. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Everything was as it should have been, we’d definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Home

We really enjoyed our stay here! The home was spacious and had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels & floats! The pool was excellent! Everything was within walking distance. Nice quiet neighborhood too! I would definitely recommend this property!

Roomy and peaceful

House was clean and had all we needed. The pool and got tub were perfect. Just minutes to the beach or any restaurants or bars of Time square. Easier to walk than trying to park.

November Stay

Been staying at this location over past few years. Great location. Always clean. Pool and Hot Tub pleasant addition. A little work needs done following latest hurricane, but did excellent job having place ready for our stay. Looking forward to next year.

Location

This house is located just 10 min walk to Margaritaville and the beach, it is 15 mins to time square. The pictues are outdated and do not so the property justice. The inside is completely remodeled and has everything you need to have a nice relaxing vacation.

Great location

No car needed. Short walk to everything. Beautiful pool and spa area.Lots of beach equipment. (wagon,chairs,toys)Gas grill.Needs a little extra cleaning and some minor repairs.

Beautiful well stocked home

The home was beautiful and well stocked. It was very clean and manicured. Loved the closeness to the beach, restaurants, shopping and Times Square. The pool was new and I am sure they are still working out some bugs with the heating system. The spa was wonderful and heated well to temp. I would recommend this home for family or friends gathering.

Good spot for stay at FMB!

Overall satisfied. Nice house and well supplied. Management co. was responsive to a couple of things that needed worked out. Close to beach and downtown, walking distance for all but elderly. Master is on 3rd floor with steep steps, so better for younger folks. There is a nice Queen 2nd BR on main floor.

First VRBO disappointment

This property needs some serious cleaning and repair. Listed as a “sleeps 8” property…they definitely don’t mean 8 normal sized adults. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, a Murphy bed that’s not even a full size bed and a dilapidated foldout sofa bed. 6 adults would be comfortable, at best. Very nice, new pool and proximity to the beach was this properties saving grace. We do not recommend this property.

Thank you for the response Pamela. The murphy bed is indeed a full and the sleeper sofa is a queen. The house is 3 floors and offers a variety of sleeping arrangements. Please know our cleaners have since completed a deep clean. We will look for repairs but are unsure on what you mean by this as we have had no prior complaints about anything damaged/broken. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay. Thank you.

Great location!

Overall the house was as it was presented. Its cleanliness was good, not great. The extra lock box needs to either be removed or communicated that it is not the one on the side of the steps. It was dark when we arrived and we saw that one first but it was working well. After fighting with it for a while we tried calling but didn’t connect with anyone and then we saw the other one further up the stairs. The layout of the house would have been great for a larger group. The location was ideal- we could walk to most things!!

Fort Myers Beach

Very disappointed that the pool was under construction and not useful. Matter of fact it was an eyesore. The contractor showed up at 7am unannounced with a crew to work on the pool. No one was able to sleep in or outside and have coffee. The contractor had to run an extension cord through the front door to power his equipment. Would have chosen another place had I known this.

Nice place and location

It's a nice house that needs a little TLC. Can't really say it sleeps 8, with a pull out couch that most of the Springs were broke, had to go purchase a air mattress. Beautiful pool area, but there needs to be some sort of shade by the outdoor patio table. There was a umbrella but it was broke and there's no hole in patio table to put it. Like I said nice place and location just needs some TLC!!

My experience

The house itself was nice. Very comfy beds accept the downstairs pullout. But biggest issue was there was no shade by pool & no way to make shade. Couldn't even use an umbrella because there was no Place to stick in ground or table. But biggest issue was the hotub never worked correctly at all. Im a plumber & very mechanical. I couldn't get it to work. A pool guy came late in our week stay & said pump was not working properly. It really isn't right to pay over $4000 to stay at a place when the number 1 thing we wanted to use & looked forward to use was hotub

Great vacation home

Perfect for a large family or group of friends. Spacious and open floor plan so everyone can gather together. Beautiful New pool and hot tub. We stayed two weeks with 3 couples and had a fabulous time.
