Remarkably spacious, beautifully styled and well-appointed with all the mod cons, you would expect, air-conditioned open-plan living extends to a private balcony while a common rooftop terrace and garden offer mesmerising 360-degree panoramas of the city and mountains.
Set on the second floor and furnished to befit the fresh contemporary vibe of its near-new build, this residence features generously proportioned light-filled living with a three-seater reclining leather lounge that is ideal for lazing around in front of the TV. Sliding glass doors open to a wide-covered balcony set for two. The stone kitchen comes complete with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and oversized island that doubles as a dining area for four.
The bedroom is set with a king bed while an ultra-modern bathroom invites you to freshen up and relax after a day of exploring the CBD. Additional features include an internal laundry fitted with a washer and dryer, engineered oak flooring, ducted air conditioning and a secure car park in the basement, accessible by lift.

No trip to Hobart is complete without a short drive up to Kunanyi/Mount Wellington where you can get a taste of the Tassie wilderness and enjoy simply breathtaking panoramas over the city and the mighty Derwent River snaking its way towards the coast.
