The Space:
A sleek, modern apartment located in the cool, eclectic and dining Mecca of Hobartâs MidTown, the trendy area between the Hobart waterfront and North Hobart.
This contemporary two bedroom apartment within The Rox boutique apartment building has a high-end feel with its elevated views of Hobart and iconic period buildings.
The walls are adorned with stunning Tasmanian art to get you into the spirit of your stay as soon as you arrive. Beautifully styled, the apartmentâs modern and eclectic feel extends to the streets below with a creative and vibrant community to explore.
The apartmentâs open plan kitchen, living and dining space is the centrepiece of the property with expansive views, architectural curved walls and balcony to appreciate the city below or breathe in the fresh Tasmanian air.
Beautiful wooden floorboards, split system air-conditioning, modern fully-equipped kitchen and plenty of natural light adds comfort to your stay.
Two generous bedrooms, both with king sized beds, and built-in-robes. The master bedroom features an ensuite with walk-in shower, floating vanity and beautiful tiling.
Generous sized bathroom with shower over bath, the apartment also has a separate European laundry.
Once on the street an abundance of food, bars and cultural options are available. Downstairs youâll discover the coveted Omotenashi Japanese restaurant. An exquisite 10-seat restaurant, booking ahead is a must!
If you miss out at Omotenashi, there are other divine eating options like Insitute Polaire for wine and delicious seasonal menu, Bar Wa Izakaya for more Japanese, Dier Makr for some of the finest Tasmanian food in the state, or Edâs Sputino Coffee Shop for coffee and canelettos. A stroll to Salamanca and its endless eateries and bars is just 20 minutes-walk. If youâre heading to
MONA Museum, itâs just a 15-minute walk to the ferry terminal or stroll along Hobart Waterfront, and
North Hobartâs cool restaurant scene for restaurants like the renowned Ogee or Fico is just a 10-15
minute stroll.
