Situated only 10 minutes walking distance from the pristine waters of Terrigal Beach, and the many shops, cafes and restaurants on offer boasting with life.
This Mediterranean inspired home has recently undergone a full renovation to modernize its beauty, bringing back luxury and style.
This home is perched only a 10-minute walk, or 2-minute drive, from the popular Terrigal Beach and North Avoca Beach, but offers the privacy desired when you are wanting to retreat and relax from the lively atmosphere of Terrigal.
Boasting 4 spacious, light filled bedrooms containing 1 Queen, 2 Double Beds, and a triple bunk bed with the option of adding a single trundle bed, there is room for the whole family and more. Linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience and comfort.
No need to share a bathroom, as there are two to suit the whole family, with a bath featured in the main for the little ones or for a relaxing soak after a day in the waves.
With full kitchen and barbeque facilities, this home is well equipped for dining in on a quiet night or fueling yourself at the start of the day.
Early check-ins and late check-outs available on request at an additional fee. This will depend on the dates and availabilities of the property.
Additional charges of $200 per person for more than 7 guests staying.
One-night only bookings incur an additional $300 tariff. This will be added once the booking has been approved.
Pets under 12kg are welcome upon request only and may result in additional cleaning charges etc.
House Rules and a vacation rental agreement is required to be read and signed, by the booking guest, for each booking. A copy of the rental agreement is available to download.
**For your information, there is a separate apartment downstairs with separate access from the main house, which may be in use during your stay.

Mi Casa Su Casa is close to Terrigal and North Avoca Beaches but is also just enough away from the buzzing atmosphere of Terrigal to retreat for a relaxing break or evening in.
This house has been fully renovated only this year with a sophisticated design in mind for luxe and functionality. In my opinion it's a great place to escape and renew yourself.
