Want to get away from the everyday hustle and bustle of everyday life - look no further. Situated at the top of Terrigal, boasting extended coast views, this location is second to none. Only a 2 minute walk down the hill to the beach, cafes, restaurants. Sunny terrace with spa overlooking Terrigal and ocean views. 3 queen bedrooms, 2 rooms with double bunk beds (sleeping 3 in each bunk room plus one single bed in one room). Pool and BBQ area, Kitchen, lounge and dining.

There are 4 bedrooms and a sunroom. 3 bedrooms lower level have queen beds. There are 2 x bunks (2 double and upper 2 single = sleeps 6). One of the bunk beds has a single bed and the other has a single mattress under double bed.

The main bathroom has a bath tub with views out to sea.

The Spa sits on the back deck. Kickback Relax and enjoy. High table and chairs on the back deck also. A perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or a drink or a bite to eat. Spectacular.

There is a pool, bbq and resting area at the front of the house. The garage houses 2 cars, also parking for one vehicle in driveway inside the gate.
