Welcome to our modern farmhouse tucked up in 20 acres surrounded by cedar, deer, and wildlife. Though it seems like we are far off in the country, we are located just minutes from downtown Glen Rose. We offer 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One master that comes with its own en-suite private bathroom with a standalone tub to soak your worries away.
Our home was built to match a classic-modern farmhouse style. This custom home build was centered around fellowship and peace.
MAIN ENTRANCE
Access the Farmhouse 24/7 using convenient keyless entry. Your code will be sent to you upon arrival!
PROPERTY
20 acres and plenty of trails to roam and explore. This house is our main feature on this property; however we will have another Airbnb here. They are well separated to ensure that all of our guests will have their own private spaces. The backyard space is not shared and you will have that to yourself.
WORK REMOTELY:
Though we live out in the small city, our families who have stayed with us have had no problems conducting online school or work. Please understand upload speeds are not like the big city.
GLASS GARAGE DOOR:
Due to the amount of insects (flies, wasps, and bugs) that come inside we will no longer be using the glass door. We have had as many as 100 flies that have pushed back our other reservations. Please do not open the door for any reason.
BEDROOMS:
1 King bed in the master suite.
Bunkbeds in 2nd bedroom: 1 Twin XL (top bunk)
1 queen bed (bottom bunk)
1 blow up twin XL mattress
KITCHEN
The fully loaded, spacious kitchen is stocked with supplies for preparing your own meals. We provide utensils, bowls, plates, and cups!
COFFEE AND TEA: There is a coffee maker on the counter in the kitchen and we provide coffee, tea, cream, sugar, and sugar free sweetener.
COOKING: We provide salt, pepper, pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, fridge, electric range, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, crock pot, dishwasher, hot water kettle and more!
HOUSE MANUAL: You will locate a house manual in the living area. In it you will find local area and restaurant attractions, all information about the space, emergency contacts and more!
BATHROOM
We provide fresh towels, shampoo + conditioner, body wash, hand soap, Q-tips, cotton balls, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. In the master bath, there are drawers you can place your personal items in!
TV:
We have Apple TV hooked up! Please feel free to log into your Netflix, amazon video or Disney+ account!
PETS: Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friend! We love pets and consider them family though we do ask that you adhere to our furry friend rules!
-Animals are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
-Animals must be crated while you're away!
-Please pick up after your pet!
BACKYARD:
We have a fire pit outside, gas grill, and chairs to relax under the porch!
DAYS YOU MAY SEE US ACCESS THE PROPERTY:
Trash day is on Tuesday. You may see us drag the trashcan to the road and back in.
Yard guys:
We like to maintain a nicely cut yard for your enjoyment. Our yard company is professional and comes to cut the backyard grass. They are in and out in 10 minutes.
Property Management/Firewood:
WE like to keep our wood stash full for your convenience! Some days we will be outside working out on the land. Please say hello if you're comfortable!
