Mid-City provides the best of New Orleans locals life. Bike the Lafitte Greenway to the French Quarter (Blue Bikes can be rented nearby). Explore the nature of City Park and Bayou St. John, the culture of NOMA, the Besthoff Sculpture Garden and the Children's Museum and the fun of many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Check out the many festivals in and around City Park and the bayou and the hole-in-the-wall bars in the neighborhood (Pal's Lounge, 12 Mile Limit, Second Line Brewing, Wrong Iron, Bayou Beer Garden). Bike to French Truck coffee, Parkway Bakery, Susan Spicer's Rosedale, and Ralph's on the Park.

Guests will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to the entirety of the space during their stay. This includes 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and backyard.

This is a single family home (no shared walls) with 2 independent bedrooms (not a shotgun layout) and 1 bathroom. The home comes with all furnishings shown, including new 60 inch TV, 2 new king beds, new sleeper sofa, new linens and towels, dishes and all essentials for the kitchen. There is also a portable desk in the closet if an office is needed. Stackable washer and dryer are located in the home along with central HVAC, an Ecobee smart thermostat and August smart lock. Walkable to restaurants, bars, Bayou St. John, the Lafitte Greenway, Crescent City Farmer's Market, New Orleans Museum of Art, Children's Museum and City Park. There is ample street parking in the front of the home. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise down. We live nearby. Security cameras are located outside on front porch and back porch.

Airport Transportation: We have partnered with a local transportation company to offer black car service to/from the Airport!


• Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. Early check-in is available up to 1pm for $50 which is used to hire an extra cleaner to assist with servicing the property. Early check-in for before 1pm require booking the previous night at a discounted rate, if available. Contact host for details.
