Welcome to our charming home in Mid-City New Orleans! Enjoy modern amenities in a comfortable, home-like setting. Located close to popular city attractions, our quiet retreat offers the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation for your stay.
For your convenience, we are 3 mins walking distance from the streetcar which can take you all around the city and downtown.
The property is a charming, well-maintained 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom house with modern amenities and a shared patio. It is designed to accommodate up to 3 guests and provides a comfortable, home-like experience for visitors.
Guests have private access to all areas inside the unit, including the kitchen, loft, living room, dining room, bathroom, and bedroom. The patio is a shared space.
Guests can contact me immediately through the Airbnb platform. My contact information will also be available in the housebook, which they will have access to upon arrival.
House Rules
1. Noise Levels
o Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 2 PM.
o No loud music or parties allowed at any time.
o Use of outdoor spaces is restricted after 10 PM.
2. Occupancy Limits
o The maximum number of guests is limited to 3
o No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval.
3. Parking
o Street parking only.
o Guests must not block neighbors' driveways or park on lawns.
4. Trash Disposal
o Guests must follow the provided trash disposal guidelines.
o Trash should be placed in any available bin located at the patio of the house.
5. Gatherings
o Gatherings must be limited to the number of registered guests.
o No events or parties are permitted without prior approval.

8. Please Help us stay green by Turning off Ac, heater and lights when going out of the property.
9. Please try to keep the noise to a minimum since there are other residents at the property.
10. Quiet time is from 10pm til 2pm.
11. Unregistered/unverified overnight guest are against the platforms policy and our properties rules and will be reported through the platform.
13. Please make sure that you treat all Furnature and appliances with care. All things damage, if unable to be repaired by the host, will have to be paid by the guest.
14. Please notify host if anything is damaged before check-out.
15. Check out is at 9 am If you have any issues with the date and time please let us know. There is an extra fee for late check outs.
The breaking of this rules could result in expulsion from the property premises, AIRBNB platform reporting and immediate cancelation of the reservation without refund.
