Beyond the gates of Redfish, you are minutes away from Grayton Beach, WaterColor Beach and Seaside along with all the dining and shopping each has to offer. Once inside your luxury condo is a full size balcony across the entire first floor looking out onto a resort-like tiered pool deck with four pools, two Jacuzzis, community stone gas fire-pit and beautiful coastal greenery.

From the master bedroom and secondary master, step out onto individual private balconies, with breathtaking views of Big Redfish Lake and the turquoise waters off Blue Mountain Beach.

The first floor is where all guests come together for dining, entertainment and socializing. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare large or small meals. With a large island bar that seats six (6) and a dining table that seats eight (8), there is plenty of room to enjoy the snacks and meals that come out of the kitchen. For a little more comfort, head to the large sectional couch and perhaps check the latest scores or news on the large screen TV. To complete the atmosphere of fun and socializing, head over to the full size pool table and let the games begin.

When you aren’t wanting to dine and socialize, you’ll head upstairs to the bedrooms. The over-sized master bedroom has a king size bed, large sitting area with a couch, bar and wine fridge. The ensuite bathroom has a full size walk in shower and separate full size tub. Spread out over two sinks. And yes, step out onto the room’s private balcony.

The second master bedroom also has a king bed and private balcony. Enter its own ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo and single sink vanity.

The third bedroom has two (2) queen size beds with its own ensuite bathroom, shower/tub combo and single sink vanity.

The fourth room is a bunk room with 2 twin bunk bed sets. The bunkroom is loved by kids and each of the 4 beds has it's own reading light and outlet.

When you are ready to head to the beach, what a better way to get there than by boat. For beach access their is a full time boat captain and pontoon boat that will shuttle you back and forth to Blue Mountain Beach through beautiful Lake Redfish. The boat runs seasonally March - October 9am - 5pm, in peak summer season 9am-7pm. Waiting for you on the beach is 1 Beach Setup by La Dolce Vita that includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella.

You can also access the beach by the private Preserve Pedestrian Boardwalk. An enjoyable stroll down the bike/walking path on 30A and on the naturally covered boardwalk used by owners and guests only.
