at Adagio! Adagio A404 joins three other of YFAB's condos on the fourth floor of A building.
Adagio A404 sits at the highest point of the gulf of Mexico with spectacular views. The living room, dining room and kitchen give views of the emerald green waters just beyond the oversized balcony. The well appointed kitchen has granite countertop, a new oven in 2022, stand alone ice maker, larger stainless refrigerator, keurig, regular coffee maker, blender, crock pot - everything to make your family vacation meals!

Adagio A404 has the most popular of bedroom layouts:
Master with king size bed, walk in closet, private bath with jetted tub, double sinks and stand alone shower with two shower heads.

Fourth bedroom with NEW king size bed, adjoining bathroom with shower tub

All bedrooms have 100% cotton sheets, bedside phone chargers, Smart TV's and a generous supply of hangers in the closets!
Bathrooms include 100% cotton towels, shower soap, hand soap and hair dryers.
Large laundry room with full size washer/dryer and laundry soap provided.
Your Friend at The Beach provides our digital guest book so you have all of your key less access information plus our favorite local restaurants and events in the palm of your hand.
Adagio has a gulf front pool that is heated in the cooler months plus a tri-level pool with 8,000 square feet of swimming fun. Hot tub is available to 16 and older. Newly expanded on site gym with cardio and weight equipment includes well-maintained restrooms. New gym equipment in early 2025.
YFAB provides two free bike rentals year round. Just 4.5 miles west of Seaside and 12.6 miles west of Rosemary Beach in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach on scenic 30A.
ADAGIO PRIVATE BEACH
The Beach Chair service is available but not included. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is extremely limited.
Restrictions:
Ten person limit per beach front condo per HOA rules (ages two and under do not count in total).
Per HOA rules, only two cars are allowed per condo. Adagio A404 has one underground parking spots in A building garage and one available in outside parking lot by building. A third parking pass is available for an additional fee (per HOA).
No trailers, boats, golf carts jet skis or RV's. No tents are allowed on beach. No smoking in condo or on balcony.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
