Adagio B-104: 4 chambres face à la plage - À quelques pas de la promenade de la plage !!!

Adagio est une communauté exclusive sur le golfe du Mexique à Blue Mountain Beach, près de la route panoramique 30A. Adagio bénéficie de 600 'de façade sur la plage immaculée, et est un complexe privé et fermé offrant un environnement sécurisé et confortable.

Cette belle unité immédiatement adjacente à la promenade de la plage et à la piscine avant du golfe qui peut être appréciée depuis la suite principale ainsi que le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine ouverts.

La cuisine gastronomique a des comptoirs en granit avec des dosserets en marbre, une cuisinière à gaz et des appareils en acier inoxydable. La salle à manger peut accueillir six personnes avec de la place pour quatre autres au bar. Le balcon a une table supplémentaire et des chaises longues pour profiter de la vue imprenable.

Adagio dispose de deux piscines spectaculaires - La piscine côté golfe de 1700 pieds carrés est chauffée et dispose d'un bord à débordement surplombant les eaux bleues vertes de la côte d'émeraude. La piscine principale est un incroyable 8 000 pieds carrés qui est frais même les jours les plus chauds et comprend trois niveaux avec des fontaines et des cascades. Un grand bain à remous surplombe la piscine. Le pont pavé européen comprend une variété de sièges, y compris des chaises longues et des tables à manger. Le centre de fitness est situé près de la piscine. La pelouse du golfe est un endroit fantastique pour admirer le coucher de soleil sur le golfe ou pour profiter d'une réunion avec la famille et les amis.

L'emplacement idéal d'Adagio permet un accès rapide à Grayton, Seaside et WaterColor, où vous trouverez certains des meilleurs magasins et restaurants aux alentours. La région offre également un spectaculaire sentier de vélo / randonnée de 17 miles le long de la plage historique de l'autoroute 30A. Destin est à seulement 12 miles. Apportez vos vélos ou louez-les pendant que vous êtes ici. La balade à vélo le long de 30A traverse certains des lacs intérieurs les plus spectaculaires du monde. Des locations de kayak sont également disponibles sur la plage d'Adagio.

Adagio est l'une des installations les mieux gérées de tout le golfe. C'est un endroit très familial. Des heures tranquilles sont observées après 10h00 p. m. Accès fermé avec personnel de sécurité et d'entretien sur place sept jours par semaine.

Le stationnement est strictement limité à deux véhicules par unité.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Adagio, the pools, and the location. However, this was the worst condo we have stayed in. It was dirty, gross carpets, seemed run down. There was a smell in one of the bedrooms. Tons of trash and things under the couches and beds. The rental company came quickly to help BUT it was disappointing for the amount of money you spend for a week. Also, I usually see workers walking around checking on pools, picking up trash, ect. I didn’t see anyone this week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. Location was great! Condo needs furniture update. Unit could have been cleaner. Had to spend some time on arrival to clean the floor. Lot of departure instructions for guests to perform general cleaning. Felt like we may have done more cleaning than the cleaning service. With all that said, we would probably stay there again.

Be Aware of unit B104 it is not NEW at all.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The roaches and Palmetto bugs ruined our vacation . The management company acted like it was no big deal I was killing 20 to 30 large bugs a day inside this unit after I went and bought bug spray to help kill the bugs.After 2 days of waiting on an exterminator bugs were still coming out not only in the kitchen but bathrooms, bedrooms, and laundry room..I have asked for the manager Scott to call me but he hasn’t yet. My daughters and granddaughters were terrified fo these large bugs, and very concerned about how sanitized the unit actually was. I would not recommend this unit to anyone unless you like throwing away groceries and stomping on bugs day and night, because the front office doesn’t think it is a big concern or inconvenience.. I did hear from the office personnel that the owners are in this unit quite often have never said anything about the bugs. hard to believe they would let their investment go down in value by not keeping it clean and sanitized. I have been staying in Santa Rosa for many years and never had any issues with roaches and bugs. This is not A NEW UNIT as advertised.

Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were eight in our group, which included three children, ages 12 and 3, and an 11-year old with autism. We had a terrific time! Unit B104 is steps from the beachfront pool and moments from the beach walkway. Happily, the sliding glass door was too heavy for the kids to open. We spent nearly every minute at the beach or in one of the pools, so proximity to the unit was a plus. There are restaurants, an ice cream place and souvenir shops within walking distance. We rented a car but it's possible to have groceries delivered (too far to walk). All the pots, pans, appliances (including large washer/dryer), silverware, plates one could ever need were provided. We had some issues (a clogged toilet; broken lock) at arrival, all handled promptly and with a smile. Needed sheets in the middle of the night (sick baby) and the phone was answered. At least 3 of the 5 tvs were smart tvs; didn't use the 4th tv. Guests were respectful of one another's space and property. It really was quiet at 10pm! We rented an umbrella and chairs for three days and lounged in the community area three days. Enjoyed both experiences. Staff was helpful and kind. Would definitely do this again.

This unit was conveniently located near the beachside pool and steps to the beach. We were extremely happy with the unit itself and staff. We took advantage of the chair and umbrella service a few days and used our own beach gear a few days. I guess the only negative thing is that the rental area reserves most of the space on the private beach. The private setups only get less than 1/3 of the space. I will say that in doing so it keeps a more upscale resort-like appearance to the beach area. (I don’t blame them)

Great Location - spacious unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our location and the spaciousness of this unit. However - it has quite a bid of deferred maintenance that was disappointing. We had hardly any hot water the first few days. The ice maker didn’t work (there are 2), the stove igniter clicks all the time when cooking, the sliding glass door does not lock, the oven only works on convect and the tv kept locking up. We did call about a few things and they were attentive- but we really didn’t want to be trying to fix all their issues on our 6 day vacation. For $1,000 a day- we would not have expected so many issues. Would go back - but may stay at a different unit.

I have stayed at this complex before, and love the Blue Mountain Beach area. The condo was clean and comfortable. Upgrades have been done to the condo, since the first rental pictures. If I was to change anything, I would do a deep cleaning of the kitchen. The pots and pans, drawers and cabinets need a thorough cleaning. February is a great time to stay. Adagio Realty was great to work with and addressed my concerns promptly. There are many good restaurants nearby. I look forward to returning next year.

Wonderful Vacation on 30A

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: B-104 was very comfortable. The property description was excellent. The bed/mattresses seemed new & comfortable, the unit layout was great for our family. The property was clean and well-maintained with the exception of the area rug in the living room. Our feet were black from walking on it, especially the baby when he crawled. There was dried coffee in the cups, food on the knives and utensils, glasses were obviously drank from and put away dirty, etc. It is the renters responsibility to clean the dishes, so this is not the fault of the owners or managers. This would be bad before the pandemic, but these days, it is unbelievable how inconsiderate people can be. There wasn't a hairdryer in the unit so I called Adagio and within minutes they delivered one. This was our first time staying on the ground floor and it was very convenient to the pool and beach. The only problem we had was the kids in the unit above us threw sunflower seeds over the rail on our patio. We asked them to stop, but that didn't last long... We did meet some guests that were extremely nice! The beach is narrow and it was crowded with chairs and umbrellas, but LaDolce Vita did the best they could to accommodate everyone and give them the space they needed. We would highly recommend this unit to friends and family and would love to return. We all agreed that we should have stayed for 2 weeks, 1 week went by too quickly!
