Cette propriété a tout. Peut accueillir 6 personnes (une chambre double et deux chambres lits jumeaux) et 2 personnes supplémentaires sur un confortable canapé-lit double, moyennant un léger supplément (veuillez informer le propriétaire de cet établissement). Deux salles de bains, grand salon-salle à manger avec fauteuil de massage, bûches au feu pour l’hiver mais lumineuses et aérées pour l’été. La cuisine est immense avec une île centrale avec des installations de cuisson au gaz et électriques. Équipé de deux réfrigérateurs, un avec des distributeurs d’eau et de glace, un lave-vaisselle et tous les autres appareils à portée de main. La climatisation chaud et froid est installée partout.
La villa est située dans une petite urbanisation à dix minutes à pied de la plage et de la gare.
Les supermarchés, bars à tapas / restaurants sont à seulement 3 minutes en voiture. Le centre de Malaga est une visite incontournable avec le musée Picasso, son château et sa richesse culturelle et sa magnifique cathédrale. Malaga a son propre port qui emmène régulièrement des navires de croisière.
Vous pouvez prendre à Mijas Pueblo avec ses vues incroyables et les enfants peuvent monter les ânes locaux.
Le téléphérique se trouve à proximité, vous pouvez donc faire le trajet de 20 minutes jusqu'au sommet de la chaîne de montagnes, assister au spectacle des oiseaux de proie, déguster une boisson fraîche ou un café dans le café confortable situé au sommet et admirer le paysage.
Marbella et Gibralter sont à 50 minutes de voiture. Ronda historique avec ses gorges étonnantes à seulement une heure .. plus d’autres destinations uniques.
La liste des choses à faire est interminable, mais quoi que vous choisissiez, vous avez la villa idéale pour.

Lovely villa

Lovely villa with great views to the sea. Fantastic pool. The roads are very steep so I would advise walking down to the beach (20 minutes) and taxi back. Also taxi up to the Carefore market where theres a couple of restraunts and a chemist then walk back (again 20 minutes). Be warned, taxi will arrive in about 5 minutes so make sure youre ready.

Family Holiday with Grandparents

Stayed in villa for 2 weeks, myself, husband, son and my parents. The villa itself was amazing, everything you needed for a great family holiday. Stunning views of the sea from the pool. The property is situated on a steep hill, 10 minute walk down the hill and you arrive at the beach front. The walk up the hill only recommended if you are fit, luckily I am and enjoyed the walk up to the Carrefour, for the morning milk or bread. We were able to function very well without a car, an Uber taxi costs about 4 euro from the villa to the supermarket and vice versa. We used the train station, 10 min walk/3 min drive, to go to Torremolinos and Fuengirola on a few occasions. I would definitely love to come back to this villa sometime in the future. A stress free holiday thanks to the owners Nancy and Richard who do an excellent job renting out their lovely villa.

Beautiful Views, a lovely Pool and villa

The villa was one of the best we have stayed in with a beautiful pool and spacious rooms. Nancy and Richard (owners) were both very nice and easy to deal with and communication prior and during our stay was easy and prompt. We didn't hire a car during our stay as we wanted a rest from driving but we would recommend anyone hiring this villa to hire a car as the hill is long and very steep. As there is a limited choice of cuisine in resteraunts near by and on the nearby coast line a car would also be very beneficial to widen the choice. The views from the villa are beautiful and you are not overlooked with another big plus being the quietness, despite other properties being near by.The beach is very long and has beautiful clean sand with long walks along the promenade. The only reason we didn't give the property five stars was because of the hill but with a car this would not be an issue Thank you Nancy and Richard for allowing us to stay in your villa.

Precis vad vi hade förväntat oss.

Två familjer med fyra vuxna och fyra barn från Svergie hyrde det här huset i två veckor under slutet av juni och början av juli. Vi uppskattade den underbara utsikten från poolen och altanen och njöt här både morgon, middag och kväll. Två badrum underlättade för oss och köket har allt som krävs för ett hushåll. Stranden är inte långt bort men kräver en promenad upp och ned för en brant lutning. Kontakten med husägarna var toppen både vid bokning och när mindre frågor uppstod. En plats och boende att återvända till.

Lovely vills

We had a lovely time in the villa, we did have a few issues which were sorted immediately by Nancy. Lovely pool area and fantastic views. I would highly recommend hiring a car during the stay as it is situated up a steep hill. Would definitely return but book car in advance as we were hoping to cope without one but proved impossible.

Beautiful holiday home with a stunning view

As a first-time visitor to Malaga and our first time in a Villa we definitely chose the right place! Nancy and Richard's home is absolutely beautiful, spacious, full of everything you need and comes with the ultimate pool with a view. We were a group of 8 people and every one of us loved the villa and its surroundings. We wanted for nothing while we were there and any questions we had during our visit were answered promptly. If you're after a relaxing break away this is definitely the place to go. Equally if it's something to do while you're there you're only a short journey from the local towns/cities and their attractions. The villa is essentially half way up/down the hillside with some shops and restaurants at the top of the development, along with easy to access bus routes and a stunning beach with activities and restaurants at the bottom. If you're not so steady on your feet the only thing I would suggest is to hire a car while you're there, otherwise the local taxi services are very convenient and easy to contact. We would love to visit the area again and would, without a doubt, stay here!

£ good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very clean and well equipped, soap and towels shampoo all that is needed for a comfortable stay, tv, internet and music system all provided, massive fully equipped kitchen, very large sunny terrace pool and sunbeds all provided, actually if it is not already provided in the villa i doubt if you will need it, barbacue provided washing machine dishwasher microwave and many more. Best views we have ever had, all 8 of us had a fantastic week and we will be back next year for sure, Thankyou Nancy for a great holiday.

A week filled with problems

We rented this property in july 2016 and we were not satisfied with our stay there. We soon discovered that there was a bad sewer smell spreading from one of the two bathrooms. This problem was not solved during our stay. Because of this problem we could only use one of the two bathrooms (we were six people in the house). The owner charges extra money for the air condition in the bedrooms (2 Euros for 1,5 hour). As it turned out, the air condition in the master bedroom could not be used since it was leaking water on the bed. This fault was also reported to the owner but it was not repaired during our stay. All week long we had a constant dialog with the owner reporting about the errors which were not solved. We did not get any compensation from the owner for the inconvenience it caused us. Three things we did appreciate was the terrace, the pool and the view. Christer L

Fantastic Villa, stunning views in quiet location.

This Villa which is immaculately kept is equipped to a very high specification (it even has a brand new 50" TV that has replaced the one shown on the photos)and has fantastic views overlooking the sea. The location which is mid-way between Benalmadena and Fuengirola is half way up the hill side and as others have said only 10 minutes’ walk from the beach. It is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac and during the whole time that we were there we were not disturbed by any noise from the neighbours. The kitchen has everything that you need to prepare and cook meals and there is aircon in every room if required. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a power shower cabin which had been repaired after it was established that the thermostat had broken previously as per a previous review. The black sofa in the lounge cleverly converts to a double bed and with the three bedrooms the Villa easily coped with our 7 adults and 3 children. There is a fantastic covered terrace area outside the front door with seats and table where you can take shade from the sun or if you prefer to sun worship (and there is plenty of that), sun beds with cushioned loungers adjacent to the pool. The pool is well maintained and the pool man made two visits during in our 8 day stay to make sure it was kept clean! We hired vehicles to get around and ate out every other day in either resort. I would recommend the Restaurants at the Marina in Benalmadena, 15 minutes away by car good food at a good price and spectacular location. I would thoroughly recommend this villa and will be looking to book again.

Family holiday, Mick.

Had a great time, weather great. lovely villa, nice views, not overlooked. the private pool was used by my 2 grandchildren every day, they are still talking about it and asking when we can go back again. everything you need is in the villa and the air con was lovely, when needed, ask for instructions on the power shower, i could not work it out at all. its about a 10 minute walk down hill to the sea, past a children's play area, the hill is rather hard work on the way back. by day 5 it was a taxi for me. good transport links trains are also by the sea and run every 20 minutes, along the coast line. only one negative thing, if your getting a meet and greet at the airport, get the costs sorted out before you arrive, i felt a little ripped off, this was not the villa owners fault and i have mentioned it to him. apart from that, it was a really great place. cant wait to book it again, looking at September so its not to hot for me.

Beautiful Villla

We stayed at this Villa for a week and enjoyed every minute of it The villa is beautifully kept and lives up to all the photos shown in the listing There were 5 adults staying and it was big enough so that no one got in anyone's way As the weather was not kind to us this was important All furnishing and fitting are very well kept and a huge tv to watch lots of English channels Everything you need is supplied by the owner Who was vey easy to deal with I would recommend this villa to anyone and would stay there again

Fabulous

Whatever your needs they are here, we have just returned from a lovely break over to this faboulous villa. We were greeted by a lovely couple who obviously have worked hard at the upkeep of such a content place, incredible views and such a short distance from the beach, but we didn't need to go anywhere this place was enough for us to get away from your day to day stresses. Great weather for this time of year and we made great use of the pool and barbecue. Lounge bathrooms and rooms are clean and well kept, my wife loved the kitchen which is fab if your a foodie as such a great market locally with fresh produce we didn't need to eat out as this villa had everything you need. Come and try it if you can get in before we are back again.

Málaga experiences the warmest winters of any European city with a population over 500,000 and over 100,000 jointly with two other cities in Spain: Almería and Alicante. The average temperature during the day in the period December through February is 17–18 °C (63–64 °F).I fell in love with this house because of its location a quiet cul de sac but within minutes of the sea , beach and mountains.I visited this area on many occasions prior to purchasing so i knew what i wanted.....I still love it, my favourite past time watching the cruise liners pass in the summer, amazing !!!! only 15 / 20 minutes from the Airport .

The Villa is all on one level so no stairs to climb.The views are stunning and on a clear day you can see the African coastline.Terraces front and rear of the premises so you can always find the sun or shade whichever you prefer.The pool is child friendly with steps leading into the shallow end which is less than 1 metre.The deep end being 5ft 6 ins.
