Absolutely Amazing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely amazing all around. The room is in excellent condition and the resort is phenomenal. Spectacular mountain and ocean views, plus the employees at the resort are so nice and helpful. We loved the restaurants by the main lobby and frequented the cafe every day. We had a wonderful stay.

Everything was great. The only downside was that the wifi wasn't working but since I was only staying for a night , I didn't mind it. The room view was great and the room size is also great. A lot of places are nearby which was a big plus. The room was also pretty clean and would definitely stay again.

Cozy stay in Paradise!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My toddler son and I enjoyed our 3 nights here. Appreciated that they setup a Pack n Play for him and provided various beach amenities such as chairs, sand toys, goggles, boogie boards, coolers, etc. They also gave us a thoughtful gift of snacks, map info, and trinket souvenirs. The view of the mountains was fantastic. The lobby, coffee shop, courts, and pool were conveniently close by. The gorgeous and relaxing hot tub was SOOO NICE! It was peaceful and quiet to sleep at night for both of us. The bathroom was stocked with various kitchen items. My son enjoyed the nene geese and wild chickens that roamed around. The carts were so helpful for transporting us around the resort. There was an unfortunate outage lasting over 24hrs on our last night and they were so understanding with waiving resort fees and partial costs. My only surprises I had was wifi was spotty (on the entire island) and that the resort didn't have elevators for my stroller. I would definitely still stay again and recommend to all!

Clean. Pool was amazing, even better than the pics. Private beach access is great. Location is prime. Great hospitality and excellent communication. Only downside was not having any breakfast or lunch options on the property which would be very convenient.

The view is by far the highlight of this room!! Incredible. The whole resort is beautiful. The room is more hotel-esque. I’ve stayed in different condos in this resort that were more condo-homelike, but it was a great price as well. Definitely would return.

What a gem! Excellent resort amenities, wonderful views and centrally located close to the parking without sacrificing views. The resort pools and grounds - plus access to Pu’u Poa beach were the icing on the cake. The owners have boogie boards, coolers and chairs for use as well as basic utensils, coffee maker and fridge. Enough to be self sufficient

I absolutely loved our stay. The space was all we needed and the view was amazing. We are at both restaurants on the property and they were both great. They golf cart rides from the beach were fantastic.

Very family friendly and fun. Spectacular views. I love the old Hawaii feel. The restaurant was fun and had great food, we ate there 3 times in 3 days. Beautiful property and room had dishes etc available which was great for a hotel room/studio.

Great stay at Hanalei Bay Resort

Beautiful resort. Vrbo owner was very helpful and responsive during our stay. The amenities at the resort were really nice. The room also came with beach chairs and snorkel gear which was very helpful
