Hanalei Bay Resort Front Desk Fees: $50 guest check in fee, plus a reservation fee of $6.75, plus $25/day and $20/day/car + GET & TAT Tax. Please note this is a separate transaction with the guest and the front desk, subject to change and beyond our control.

The county of Kauai does not permit this studio to have a kitchen. There is only a small fridge, coffee maker, blender and electric tea kettle.

Hanalei Bay Resort overlooks Hanalei Bay from a tropical, lush 28 acres in Princeville. Beautiful ocean and Bali Hai views are everywhere on this property. Beach access is provided down a long, fair grade, paved path, and the resort staff offer convenient golf cart rides to the beach below. With four new artificial turf and two new hard courts as well as 6 new pickleball courts added to this world ranked tennis resort, everyone is sure to find their groove. Onsite restaurant, pizza oven, and coffee shop, concierge and fitness center, there is little need to ever leave!

This spacious studio unit can accommodate up to 4 people making a great option for a family vacation at a reasonable rate! The county of Kauai does not permit this studio to have a kitchen. There is only a coffee maker, blender and electric tea kettle. The tile floors throughout are great for island living and upkeep. The lanai space will add a sense of serenity to your vacation as you gaze at the amazing mountains and garden views! The resort amenities will add to the excitement with two pools, a hot tub, cascading waterfall features, multiple tennis courts, a fire pit sitting area to enjoy the nightly sunsets and direct beach access.

Beautiful resort. Vrbo owner was very helpful and responsive during our stay. The amenities at the resort were really nice. The room also came with beach chairs and snorkel gear which was very helpful

Pool, hot tub area is great. Unit was clean.Every night we came home from dinner the parking area was a zoo, no where to park, over run by valet parking and we were charged 20 per day for parking. I've never heard of a condo without a kitchen. This unit only has a kitchenette in the bathroom. No microwave or place to cook, limited flatware, only 2 spoons which were serving size. Tub was slippery and we couldnt get it to hold water.AC is just okay. We froze the 1st night as we slept in the bed by the unit. Next night was better as we were further from the unit.No ceiling fans in the unit or exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our time here. The room is pretty basic but has everything you need. It's not super modern or fancy, but that was perfect for us as we didn't really spend any time in the room except to sleep, and we wanted an affordable room so we could spend our money doing fun activities rather than spending it on a room. It was a tiny bit sandy in the room upon arrival, but it is right next to a beach, so I think that's understandable. They provided beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkel gear, so we didn't have to rent those items. It was super nice! The view from the room is incredible!! Would definitely recommend!

Perfect view for an amazing week

Our stay was very nice. The room is pretty standard and minimal. The view was so amazing and the room has a lot of fun supplies to use at the beach. It would have been nice to have a microwave. There are kitchen supplies but nothing to heat food with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and access to two of the most iconic beaches from this resort was fantastic. The view from the balcony of the whole of Hanalei Bay and mountain range was spectacular. The resort itself has a beautiful pool and huge hot tub/springs with waterfall which our condo was yards from. We were also near the lobby which gave us access to a small snack/coffee shop for breakfast. This location is also just 5-minute drive to Foodland where you can access fresh Poke/Ahi/Salmon daily at Costco prices. The only thing we were missing was a microwave to reheat food. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful property

We had an amazing stay. The view from the lanai is gorgeous and the grounds and pool were stunning. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the unit itself is a bit dingy. But it felt clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Resort - Dated Room with Huge Slant and Bugs

The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained. Our friends who stayed in other rooms said their rooms were great. However, you can see the slant of this room from the pool. We also saw lots of larger bugs on the counters and in the closet at various points in our two night stay. Very disappointing for what we payed for the room.

Clean property with nice view

This property was clean and the view from the unit was nice with ocean in the distance. The property managers were very responsive too. Nice to have resort amenities like clean beach towels and access with nice pool. Just note there's still additional daily resort and parking fees and taxes on top of what's paid through VRBO. Minor, the TV reception is not very stable and some days there were no good receptions/channels avail, and the tiny shampoo and conditioner bottles were not enough to last my family of 4 for the week.

Amazing!

Room 1206 had everything we needed for a perfect stay on the north shore of Kauai. We stocked the fridge with beer, snacks, and stuff to make breakfast and sandwiches. Every morning we packed up the cooler they provided and headed out to the beach. They also provide beach chairs! The resort has a nice communal BBQ area where we grilled up steaks for dinner. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked great, and the view from the room was breathtaking. The room was close to the lobby and the pool and the shuttle down to the beach was so convenient. Aloha condos provided excellent service and they were super helpful. We can't wait to return!

Breathtaking Views & Spacious Unit

I have been to Kauai many times and stayed at different places across the island. Hands down this was my favorite location ever! When we opened our shutters the first morning and saw the mountain and bay views, we were stunned. Looked like a painting! The room was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable and gave us a great night’s sleep after days spent hiking and snorkeling. Bathroom has plenty of room to get ready. We also used the fridge/freezer every day. Tip: buy ice at the grocery store to keep in the freezer to refill your water bottles daily. This property is gorgeous! Spacious grounds. Very kind staff. Incredible restaurant with nightly live music. We will absolutely be return customers. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very family friendly and fun. Spectacular views. I love the old Hawaii feel. The restaurant was fun and had great food, we ate there 3 times in 3 days. Beautiful property and room had dishes etc available which was great for a hotel room/studio.

The resort is amazing. This is cheaply priced and you get what you paid for. The comforters are dusty and old, and need to go. No places for used dishes. Room wasn't dirty when we got there but didnt feel "clean" Room was dark and dingy. No large trashbags to dispose of garbage and leftover food at end of stay. We did strip off bedding at check out to make sure housekeeping laundered before next guests arrived. Small changes like new comforters and bathroom shelves too keep things organized and tidy. Hall closet should have shelves, not just 8 hangers. Need storage. trash bags prov3to dispose
