We enjoyed our stay at Wendyâs farm. Wendy was kind and helpful. The house had so much character. The master bath was gorgeous and luxurious. Beds were very comfortable. Our only drawback was that we personally prefer self check-in and Wendy did meet us to get us checked in, but she was very friendly as helpful. Also, we did not get very good wifi signal at the home. Otherwise, a very restful evening/night was spent there!
Country living at it's best. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely part of the state. The house was nicely appointed, the owner was helpful and gracious.
Cool property with plenty of space both inside and out. It is an older farm home but with modern features like an updated kitchen and bathrooms.
Nice big back yard and porch area. Firepit with plenty of wood. Homeowner was very nice and helpful when checking in and out.
We had a wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse. Wendy, the owner, was kind and informative. The house was clean and spacious with a comfortable porch. There were plenty of board games and the banana bread was a nice touch. Would love to come back for a longer visit and without the threat of a hurricane looming!
Good location for access to Litchfield county towns on a beautiful lot. The porch is a highlight for dinner in the evening and coffee in the morning. Beds are all clean and comfortable. Check in was easy--owner very responsive.
This property was a lovely get away. The rustic house is on a large farm with fields and outbuildings to explore. The wild turkeys stopped by one morning. One has a sense of being out in the country, but amenities like well-stocked groceries and wine stores, a creamery, several microbreweries, and good restaurants are not far away.
