Typical parisian rooftop apartment, very luminous & calm, located in an XVIIIth century building.
58m2 wide, with a large & luminous living space & charming wooden beams, my apartment has been entirely renewed by an architect. It is perfect for a couple, with / without children or friends, wanting to live an authentic Parisian experience.
My apartment has been entirely renewed by an architect in 2017/2018 and improved again in april 2023.
It is fully equiped, furnished with very comfortable furniture, most of them antiques coming from my family.
With its 5 windows and 3 roof windows, it is very luminous.
It has been awarded by the Plum Guide, an ultra-selective guide for vacation rentals, often referred to as the "Michelin Guide for Homes."
Just beside the entry of the City Hall of the 9th district of Paris (famous « hotel particulier » dating 1750), the building stands in the courtyard of an old 18th century building. It offers comfortable and silent sleep.
The apartment consists in :

This apartment is my home.
