Spacious, bright, truly parisian - Opera & Louvre

Would you want to visit Paris easily, relax, and enjoy a real-life parisian experience, feel welcome in my apartment.
Standing in a quiet courtyard, it has been entirely renewed by an architect, making it spacious, luminous, and very comfortable while preserving its authenticity. It has been awarded by the Plum Guide—often referred to as the "Michelin Guide" for vacation rentals.
The area is close to Paris most renowned highlights, safe and celebrated for its excellent restaurants.

I had my apartment entirely renewed by an architect in 2019 and improved again in April 2023. I involved much of my heart in it, in order to make it most comfortable while preserving its authentic charm.
It today combines, for example, ancient large oak beams and 8 high-quality windows and roof windows (making it very luminous), oak floor and heated carrelage floor in its bathroom, modern furniture and restored antiques coming from my family.

This apartment is my home (not a standard Airbnb!) and I am truly happy to let other persons enjoy it and welcome them as I would do with friends.

My apartment stands at the back of a quiet courtyard dating from the XVIIIth century, just beside the entry of the City Hall of the district (famous «hôtel particulier» from the same period). It offers a very silent sleep.
It is 60m2 wide (usually more spacious than others in the same price range and area).

There is a luxurious (Sofitel brand) queen-size bed in its bedroom, with a small dressing space beside.

The living room is spacious (30 m² wide) and super luminous (3 roof windows, 3 standard windows). You can find there:
- a large and ancient low table surrounded by comfortable XVIIIth chairs, and an excellent sofa bed (high-end brand Convertible Contemporain), which is very easy to open/close and offers a very good sleep thanks to its 140 cm wide / 12 cm deep mattress and its wooden slatted base
- a dining space for 8 to 10 persons (or even 12 close friends or relatives :-)) consisting in a very large 1970s oak dining table (high enough to work on) and 1950s chairs. There are plenty of dishes, including many glasses, champagne cups and crystal glasses (thanks for being cautious not to break them :-))
- a modern fully equipped kitchen, with 2 coffee machines (Italian espresso and Nespresso). I let my cupboards filled up with all my cooking bases and groceries - please help yourself!

The bathroom is separated from the toilet. I everyday shower in its bathtub as it is equipped with a high raining shower. You will find there bio soaps, shampoo, etc.

The surrounding area is renowned for its excellent restaurants (all price ranges).
It is very central (10 mins by feet from Opera and the department stores, 20 from the Louvre and the Seine banks, 30 from Montmartre). And very well connected (2 subway lines 1 minute away, 3 others less than 5 minutes away).

I will be keen to help you enjoy as much as possible your stay in Paris, answering your questions if I can and giving you advice would you want some (including truly Parisian restaurants).
So please do not hesitate to ask me your questions!

Also, however old your child is, please consider that you will be fully responsible for his/her safety.

My apartment is located on the 4th floor, without elevator.
Guests can easily, and freely any time, access the apartment as they can find their in a key box.
Of cause my apartment will be entirely yours during your stay.

Since I rent my apartment when I leave Paris, I will welcome you by phone only.
I will be very happy to answer your questions, help you find your way in paris, and, if you want, give you some personal advice for your visit (restaurants, museums, etc). Please do not hesitate !

Please note that there isn't any elevator. Neither any airconditioning, but a disposable air fan(my environmental side :-))
I feel truly sorry that I cannot welcome here :
- persons without any comment on HomeAway. As a matter of fact, I cannot take any risk for my apartment, which is my only one.
- children under 7. Indeed my apartment does not provide any protection for them (for example my medicines are inside a low cupboard) and some of my furniture is fragile.
