Typical parisian rooftop apartment, very luminous & calm, located in an XVIIIth century building.
58m2 wide, with a large & luminous living space & charming wooden beams, my apartment has been entirely renewed by an architect. It is perfect for a couple, with / without children or friends, wanting to live an authentic Parisian experience.
Located in the heart of Drouot neigborhoord, renowned for its vibrant art market, its charming covered passages dating from the XIXth century.
Just beside the entry of the City Hall of the 9th district of Paris (famous « hotel particulier » dating 1750), the building stands in the courtyard of an old 18th century building.
My apartment is located on the 4th floor, without elevator.
It has been entirely renewed by an architect in 2018.
It offers comfortable and silent sleep, facing the internal private courtyard. With its 5 windows and 3 roof windows, it is very luminous. It consists in :
- 1 bedroom, with a small dressing room. The bed is a luxurious hotel one (Sofitel brand) – queen size, for two persons.
- 1 spacious living room with a comfy living / dining space & an opened full equipped kitchen, and 1 convertible sofa bed (thin mattress ~10cm, suitable for an occasional stay only of a single person)
- 1 bathroom (with a bathtub, very convenient for a shower also) + 1 separated toilet
Please note that contrarily to the pictures the bedroom & living room have just been are separated : the spaces between the beams have been filled, letting the beams exposed on both sides of course).
My apartment is located on the 4th floor, without elevator.
Guests will have access to the entire accommodation (which is my personal), including of course: fully furnished kitchen including nespresso machine, wifi, washing machine, etc.
