Direct Beach Access, fully renovated beach house. Brand new pool renovated in 2026, Main floor master suite that walks out to large outdoor living space. Two story house with first floor living so you will not have endless flights of stairs. 4 large bedrooms, 3 full and 1 half bath and beautiful kitchen with built in wine and beverage cooler. Outdoor living includes private backyard oasis with lots of outdoor seating for hanging out and eating. The screened in porch is a great place to hang out for the whole family or have the kids take an afternoon nap. There is also an outdoor shower. Location is walking distance to local restaurants and bars. 3 minute walk to beach.

Great stay. Perfect location. Responsive and helpful host. Beach at the end of the street. Great pool and hot tub. Close enough to walk to shops and restaurants, but not too close where it was busy.Awesome AMI experience.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was perfect, so close to the beach and centrally located on the island. The home was spotless, had a well stocked kitchen, and all the beach toys you would need. The pool and hot tub area are fantastic and the screened porch a perfect place to relax. Anne was so helpful and a great host.

Loved the first floor master bedroom. New pool and hot tub were beautiful. Worked great for our children and grandchildren. Anne was very responsive to our needs.

Great stay

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect on the beach block and also walking distance to some coffee shops, ice cream, and restaurants. We really enjoyed it!

My rating reflect the very poor experience with the owner and her management of the hot tub. You need to text to turn on and turn off the hot tub. This system absolutely does not work. The owner also would not turn on the hot tub before noon. There were times when our texts to turn on the hot tub were not answered on a timely basis. The jets were not turned on the first two days. The owner was very busy at work was a response we received when our texts were not answered on a timely basis. The home was very nice and a great location. However, I would never rent again without a timer and control for the hot tub installed at the house.

Mark, I am sorry you had issues with the hot tub. As I explained, the pool with a built in hot tub is brand new. The heater and filter on the pool run from 8 AM to 6 PM. We need to switch to hot tub mode which is usually mid afternoon or evening. You requested and we did turn the hot tub on Sunday morning at 10 AM and Monday morning at 10 AM and the hot tub ran all day. On Tuesday morning at 8 AM, the pool was at 94° which is unhealthy for everyone. The hot tub is not meant to be run all day. If you look at every review, you will see that I am extremely responsive to any guest requests. It was not possible to have the hot tub on 24/7. Sorry that you could not see the true beauty in our house, which is located 4 houses from the beach and walking distance to downtown Anna Maria. The new outdoor area gives all guests privacy and the screened in porch is a beautiful place to spend evenings. The garage is filled with toys for the beach and the pool. The hot tub is such a minor part of our house and was was enjoyed by all of our guests before you. Your demands were unreasonable. I pride myself in the wonderful reviews we have received and how much people enjoy our house. I am so sorry that you were not happy.

Great location and very clean!

This property was very clean and the proximity to all of the local restaurants was great. Very short walk to the beach made the location better. Only a few minor issues that were addressed very quickly by the owner.

Wonderful Week in AMI

The house and location of this property was perfect. We enjoyed an easy walk to the beach, fun and private back yard area, stylish modern interior and a very close proximity to all the "to do" things on our list.

Excellent location and excellent home!

We travel to Anna Maria every year and this place was perfect. It was immaculate, well taken care of, and a perfect location. Check-in and the communication with the owner was seamless. I would recommend this to house to anyone!

Wonderful house, very short walk to the beach. House is very clean with all modern appliances. Will definitely stay here again. Plus the owner (Anne) is really nice and professional.

Beautiful

This home is beautifully updated and was exactly as advertised. A very short walk to the beach, and a garage full of everything you need for a day on the sand. Kitchen was well appointed and the gas grill was perfect for cooking dinner! Comfortable furniture through the home made our stay relaxing and enjoyable!

Beautiful house and great location

House was immaculate. Close proximity to the beach. We rented a golf cart to get around the island which was perfect. No complaints at all and would stay here again!

Wonderful Beach Property

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The walk to the beach is perfect and the road was private with no traffic. The kids road their bikes up and down the road. Anne was fantastic to communicate with and easily adjusted the schedule to fit our needs when they changed! Would definitely recommend!

So amazing!

The house was even more beautiful than the photos!! The residential location was perfect; very short walk to gorgeous beach that was never crowded. We are already planning a return visit. :)

Terrific!

What a great week we had on AMI and in this property. Nicely located near the beach with a short and nearly private direct walk to the sand, we very much enjoyed our time together. The house is larger than we figured from the photos, which was an appreciated bonus.

Wonderful!

Had a great week in this property. Pictures are accurate; place was very clean. Had everything we needed and more--appliances/dishes/etc in the kitchen; things for the beach in the garage; plentiful towels for bathrooms and beach; hot tub was lovely, and outdoor shower very handy. Location was perfect--easy walk to quiet beach, easy bike ride into town (so glad we rented bikes for the week, as driving/parking on the island can get tricky).
