▶ CAMERAS: We do have external surveillance & noise monitors at the home for everyone's safety. Security cameras located around the outside of the home.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
▶ Goodwick Hosting will not be responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.

Just negative points I want to point out

The entrance area where you walk in on the outside smelled like urine I would have thought that a scissor would have been in the house There was another car parked in the street along the property in the middle most of the time, made it very difficult to park at times Otherwise it was adequate and served the purpose Thank you

Surpassed Expectations

Everything was absolutely wonderful. From the full length mirror, to the smartTV with all streaming options, to the comfort of this small living space. Originally we were skeptical since there was no central AC, but after spending the night I can confidently say the ventilation was extremely good. There was even a fan in the restroom. We turned out being cold from how good the ventilation was. Wonderful stay, thank you !

Because of a water leak (problem) we were put in a different rental. This review is about that home. We were pleased with accommodations. They were a step up from that which we expected. The location caused the need for more driving, but that was not overwhelming.

nice room, internet issues, unresponsive host

smooth check in, lovely clean room, well-equipped kitchen. i needed to do some work while i was visiting so was counting on the internet connection (listed as one of the amenities) unfortunately it wasn't working, i kept getting booted off. i tried multiple times to contact the host via text message & vrbo app to let them know i was having issues and got no response for ~24hrs. eventually i sent a final message saying i was checking out early & giving up on my last night there. THAT message got a quick response saying the router had been reset & asking me if i was able to connect, but at that point i'd already made other arrangements. i travel quite a bit, i normally don't even write reviews, but this seemed worth sharing, i was really bummed because i liked everything else about the place.
