Very charming traditional Tsakonian stone house 108 square meters where the french artist Emmanuel Pastor exposes regularly his paintings. Full comodities inside: a very large bedroom with a confortable traditional concrete bed king size (180 cm). 2 floors house with a big bathroom and a big living room and complete kitchen in a quiet place at the bottom of the montain. Amazing view of the village, sea, montains from the terrace, where to have romantic breakfast, sunbath or Yoga sessions...
Perfect house & very friendly and accommodating hosts.
The house is in a very beautiful elevated position on the edge of the village and towers loftily above the houses. The access is a bit laborious via a steep and narrow road, but you are rewarded with a wonderful view over the valley to the sea from the small terrace garden. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and were delighted with the local and homemade welcome gifts (terrific orange marmalade, honey, handmade pasta, ...). The house has recently been stylishly renovated and is very well equipped, even in the kitchen you can tell that someone experienced has had a hand in it. A special highlight is the bedroom on the lower floor, which is accessed via a small spiral staircase. There is air conditioning upstairs, which we would have liked to have in the bedroom during our stay due to the hot spell (August 2021). The hosts Selini and Emanuel are very friendly, accommodating and warm people, we felt very comfortable and will definitely come again!
