Amazing marsh view and close to beach!

Features include a lovely screen porch overlooking the beautiful marsh. Lots of windows to bring the outside in! Dream kitchen with plenty of counter space and two sinks. Enclosed entry stairs under house. The pool is just amazing with the views and the lush palm trees, enclosed outdoor shower as well. Short walk to the beach. Pool can be heated for additional cost.

The master bedroom with private bath is on the main floor. The upstairs features two bedrooms, a small bonus room, upper level porch and a bathroom with a tiled shower and tub combo. There are many unique features in this home as you can see in the photos.

We loved staying here. Everything was high quality. Easy quick walk to the beach. Wagon, cart and beach chairs were appreciated! Loved the Marsh view and the screen porch. We would love to stay here again.

We loved every minute of our stay here. Beautiful, clean and serene. Communication with our host was exceptional. The location was just a short walk to the beach and it was so nice to not have to drive. Holden beach was the perfect family friendly spot. I would definitely book here again!!

Perfect Place!

Absolutely wonderful house and location! Mrs. Taylor was super accessible and accommodating, and the house was incredibly clean with great appliances, furniture and decor. It felt like home! The walk to the beach is extremely doable with children and the pool was the perfect size with great decking and views! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We would stay here over & over again! It’s such a nice, comfortable beach house! It was exactly as described. Perfect location. Quick walk to the beach and the pool was a big hit with the kids. Loved our first visit to Holden Beach. Definitely will not be our last!

The weather was horrible but the home was wonderful! The heated pool, games, seating areas and amenities saved the weekend. Beautiful home so close to the beach. Cant wait to come back and enjoy the sunshine!

Great Get -away

This rental provided us with all that our family desired in a beach 🏖 get away . We *enjoyed watching native wild life from the screened in porch * walking a SHORT distance to the beach or making our way there with a golf cart * riding bikes to explore Holden * running / walking on the beach * swimming in a refreshing pool after a long day at the beach We are planning to be back in 2021!

First trip to Holden Beach

The house was well maintained and clean. Seemed to be a newer property and in much better condition than others we've stayed at for the same price point. There was plenty of room for 2 families of 3, and lots of nice deck, porch, and pool area. The extra fridge in the downstairs storage area was great for overflow and drinks. The marsh view was great, and a quick walk to the beach. All in all great property and would certainly stay again.

I cannot say enough good things about this lovely home! We had one of the best weeks we have ever had on family vacation at Holden Beach. The house is BEAUTIFUL and tastefully decorated, much thought put into several safety features/details making it very family/ kid friendly. You can LITERALLY just pack your clothes and go, everything else is THERE! Beach access was close enough to not tire out my toddler, little tough with a bigger wagon but totally doable. The marsh view from the screened in patio is beautiful in the morning. We have several sunrise, time lapse videos that will be cherished for years to come. We can’t wait to return with more family members next year. Sue was a fabulous host and had the pool heater on and ready for us because of the abnormally cool nights they’ve been having - SO thoughtful.

Amazing and accommodating!

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and the three outdoor porches were an added bonus. There were five of us, and we had plenty of space and never felt crowded. I can’t say enough positive things about the pool space! The pool area had plenty of space, and the owner provided several noodles and floats for guest use in the pool. Additionally, the beach was a quick walk away, and the provided wagon was helpful to carry our beach equipment. I have already booked for next year and look forward to making more memories at Holden in this beautiful beach property!

Perfect vacation!

My family had a fabulous time at this house! The house is beautifully decorated and well provisioned. The kitchen is perfection with a large island and family style dining table. The marsh views from the screened porch, the living room and the kitchen are gorgeous. The pool is so refreshing after a day on the beach. We spent so much time lounging there. Beach access is a very short walk from the house. The check-in process was a breeze. Sue communicated throughout the rental process and made it all so easy. We plan to return next year. Thanks Sue!

Wonderful experience!

The house is beautiful but the pool area is even better! The pool not only as built in seats but is also surrounded by a great deck area complete with loungers! The house came fully stocked with rafts, pool noodles, and beach chairs, so you can leave that at home! The beach is about a 10 minute walk, but the owner provided a beach cart to easily transport any items you need. The house is decorated beautifully, everything was brand new and you will enjoy waking up to the beautiful marsh view every morning. The screened in porch was another treasure of this property, we loved sitting out there when not at the pool! Thanks for a relaxing vacation!

Great Place

Great place to stay. Very clean and well Maintained. The beach is a beautiful and a very short walk. (Our two year old was fine with it). They provide a ton of items to take to the beach like cart, chairs, umbrella, and toys. Makes it very easy when traveling to not have to bring with you. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook the whole week. We loved having the option of the pool too. It is on a marsh, so the pool had a ton of bugs when it was low tide. But if we planned it right we were fine. I would just bring bug spray if you plan on using that area a lot. Otherwise this place is pretty amazing.

Perfect Vacation House

We loved this house. Anything you can imagine needing is there. It was only a short walk to the beach. We saw deer in the neighborhood 3 or 4 times. The house was really clean. We would love to stay there again.

This house was amazing! They literally have thought of everything you may need on a beach vacation. The pool is perfect, my family on ended up going to the beach once the whole week we were there because we didn’t want to leave the house. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect family house at the beach!

We loved our stay at this house. The house is beautiful and was just perfect for what we needed. The kitchen is my dream kitchen and had everything we needed and more! It was so nice to have the pool as well. I have 2 young daughters and they spent half of our trip in it! If we return to Holden Beach, we would love to stay here again. The owner was extremely prompt with answering any questions I had.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

We have vacationed at Holden Beach for over 20 years. This vacation home had been the very best in all years of renting. Everything from A-Z in kitchen, linens and towels. Furnishings, baby gates, you name it and it was included. The short walk to beach with 2 yr old very doable. We will rent this property again. Thank you again for making our stay so very comfortable.
