Located in the heart of Destin and directly on the Gulf of Mexico's crystal clear emerald waters and pure white sandy beaches, Jade East is a favorite resort location. This high-rise condominium features Gulf-front balconies and incredible views, whirlpool baths, ceramic tile, washer/dryer and many condos with a wet bar. Relax and unwind by the fabulous free-form tropical pool with waterfall and hot tub. Or enjoy an invigorating workout at the fitness center or tennis court. Jade East is conveniently located near Destin's restaurants, Big Kahuna's Water Theme park & other fantastic attractions.

THINGS TO KNOW
Beach service is available for rent from March 31st to August 1st. These setups may block the view of the beach from your vacation rental.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 11.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful, although a bit smaller than it appears in the pictures. It is in a great location with a beautiful beach view and lots to do nearby. It does sleep about 7 people with the available beds, but that would be too many people in this space. Kitchen is well stocked, but do bring your own dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent if staying for a couple of days. Also bring your own paper towels and toilet paper. The pool is also beautiful. I would go back again with my group of 4.

To rate this place would be a hard O. Sad that I had to put a 1 star to even get it to submit this to everyone. The time with our 1st grandchild was priceless. That’s the only thing that saved us from packing up and going to a hotel.

Our favorite place!

We love Jade East! This was our first time in 1130. It was everything we expected. Clean, comfy and a great home away from home for the week. Gorgeous view from the balcony! The only complaint I have is that there was no dustpan, or it was well hidden. Sand gets everywhere so I had to be creative after I swept.

Loved It!

My family truly loved everything about this condo. The view was amazing and I loved having my morning coffee on the patio taking in the breeze and the gorgeous scenery. It was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. The only downfall to our week was they closed the pool and hot tub to do work on the balconies above the pool. My kids were very disappointed and we were not given any notice that this would be happening. The complex was very secure, needing codes to get in everywhere. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location to the beach!

The location to the beach was great! It was also close to everything, shopping, water park, food. The harbor walk was only about a mile away. The room itself was very basic. I messaged ahead of time and ask if there were chairs in the condo, I was told yes but there were none. It could have been a little cleaner and there weren’t enough blankets for the pull out. The hot tub was nasty( we weren’t getting in). But overall we had a great stay! We would go back.

Awesome Views!!

Loved it! Exceeded our expectations. Clean, love tile floors in bedrooms
not a fan of carpets. Comforters and all bedding nice and clean. Living room TV is larger that what it looks like in pics. The ocean views from bedroom and living room are beautiful. My favorite was the master room ocean view, I could stay there all day and be happy. Our family loved it and wish they could still be there. The only reason I gave it a four star is because I wish it had hooks in the restrooms to place used towels. For our family there weren’t enough towel bars to place our used towels. Also, we had issues with the gate code when entering the condo. Thankfully a lady gave it to us as she was driving inside. Would definitely go back and stay there again.
