We had 3 generations under one roof at Orca Manor and it was amazing. The house was spotless, lots of room to spread out, great property with lots of privacy. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Hot tub, ping pong table and fire pit were a huge hit with the kids. Beautiful home. We plan to return next summer.

We didn’t want to leave. The house was spectacular, with so much attention given to detail. The kitchen and linens were completely stocked, view was breathtaking, hot tub working well, fire pit great, beach beautiful and we had it almost to ourselves. Beds comfortable, game room very fun for kids, we hope to come again.

The house was beautiful, clean, and well kept. It is the nicest house we have stayed at on the coast. My brother plays the piano and it has that also. Hot tub was great and big enough for 6 of us. The fire pit was awesome and we were lucky enough to be there for full moon. We would stay there again.

Amazing property! The house is huge, plenty of privacy for groups and BEAUTIFUL views! The beach is great and not close to any public access so fairly low traffic so you can just enjoy!

Beautiful Home

This was to perfect home for a large group. Lots of space and great for families. Gorgeous views from every floor. Beautiful kitchen to cook in and dining table overlooking the ocean to have meals. A place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Oregon Coast.

Amazing view

Had a wonderful time. Beds are comfy, plenty of room. But the living room couch should be replaced, has some funky springs, that will poke you. All in all a great place. We'll be back.

This house is perfect for multiple couples and young adults. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals. They jave thought of everything! Thank you for the memories, we will definitely be back.

Beautiful house!!

Well appointed, clean, spacious and comfortable!! Beautifully decorated. The kitchen, living area and the views of the beach/sunset were fabulous! Easy walk to beach and we found agates each morning (low tide) right down in front of the house. Wonderful! Will hopefully return next year!

Amazing!

Such a beautiful home and the location was perfect. Easy access to the beach. Hot tub was incredible. Loved unwinding with the sound on of the ocean in the background. Especially loved the house layout as a bedroom on each floor meant we could each have a little privacy and our own bathrooms. Extremely comfortable and a wonderful weekend!!

Magnificent views.

Stayed for 3 nights with son and his family - 6 children aged 5-18. Easy access to beach, game room, fire pit and hot tub kept the kids occupied and happy. 15 minute drive to Newport in one direction and Yachats in the other. Large spacious home with exceptional views from many widows. Two large verandas. Decent kitchen. Recommend highly.

Fantastic

This property was absolutely fantastic. Access to the beach was convenient. Kitchen had everything one could hope for to eat all meals at home while taking in the expansive view from the kitchen. Beds were super comfortable. We did NOT experience any of the wi-fi/internet slow downs others reviews shared. Outside furniture was in excellent shape. Karissa and Brent, property managers, were responsive and this was one of the best stays of our many through VRBO. We will be heading back for sure.

Beautiful Home

The house was very spacious with all rooms oversized. Great views from every floor. Property manager let us know about a hot tub issue prior to arrival, and the hot tub was repaired within 24 hrs (even though we didn’t end up using it). Great kitchen with every utensil/device needed for gourmet cooking. Just a few minutes to Waldport for take out and items, and still close to Newport. Highly recommend.

Amazing Views and Locatio

Our family had a fabulous time at the Orca Manor. Everything was there we needed. We enjoyed blue sky weather and the beach everyday. Great location close to Newport and Depoe Bay. Only one thing is there are no window coverings. Good for the views but you will want to be ready to be up when the sun comes up and to bed when it goes down. Not a problem for us but is was a bit of a surprise. We will rent again next year.

Great location with beautiful views

We had a a great stay. The beds were comfortable and it was very spacious. Beautiful views especially from the master bedroom. I didn’t like how they advertised a brand new sauna but then wanted to charge 200 extra to use it for the week.. one thing to keep in mind when booking is that the house has a lot of stairs and the stairs to the master are steep. The house could use some curtains or blinds, especially in the master. I wasn’t sure how the windows opened on the main floor as you would need a ladder or be 9 feet tall.
