Vue de vues sur des kilomÚtres de plage, le phare de Yaquina Head et le magnifique Pacifique. Un mot le décrit: WOW !!

Un emplacement fantastique au sommet du bluff au cƓur de Newport, Ă  proximitĂ© des restaurants raffinĂ©s, des boutiques et des activitĂ©s de la plage historique de Nye et du Bayfront. Panoramique commence seulement Ă  dĂ©crire ce que les yeux captent de ce point de vue spectaculaire en bord de mer.

Cette maison contemporaine de 2 100 pieds carrés en bord de mer est magnifiquement aménagée pour maximiser le confort et les vues. Le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine sont au niveau supérieur, à cÎté d'une terrasse en bord de mer, et de nombreuses grandes baies vitrées offrent une vue. Un haut plafond voûté à poutres apparentes et une cheminée en pierre du sol au poutre accentuent l'étendue ouverte mais confortable, avec un téléviseur LCD / DVD de 52 "et un accÚs Internet WIFI gratuit.

La cuisine est encadrée par un long comptoir / bar en granit et dispose de tous les appareils en acier inoxydable. Un lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetiÚre, mixeur, grille-pain sont inclus avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires. Une buanderie et 1/2 salle de bain sont idéalement situées à proximité.

Trois des quatre chambres donnent sur le Pacifique bleu. Une grande chambre principale est au niveau supérieur avec accÚs à la terrasse et comprend un lit King, TV / DVD et salle de bain principale avec une baignoire jacuzzi à jets. Les trois autres chambres, deux avec lits queen et une avec 2 lits superposés sont au rez-de-chaussée avec une salle de bain complÚte.

Il y a aussi beaucoup d'espace pour un parking hors rue pratique pour 4 voitures.

REMARQUE: les locations Ă  la semaine sont de 7 jours et 7 nuits (pas 6 nuits comme certaines offres).

Gorgeous views. Lots of thoughtful touches not always included in rental properties - washer/dryer, toiletries, rain jackets to use if needed, great restaurant recommendations...Clean, VERY well stocked kitchen comfy beds, plenty of hot water for showers for 5 adults and strong wifi. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. Should we return to the Eugene area we would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location and great views of the ocean and beach. Our kids had plenty of room to play inside and there is a trail right next to the house down to the beach.

This property is beautiful. The ocean views are spectacular. The house is extremely clean, well decorated, convenient, short walk to beach, well appointed, all appliances and media work very well. You will be very satisfied you are staying here.

Wow Indeed!

My wife and I, My son and daughter, plus our 10 yr.old grandson and 8 yr. old granddaughter stayed here for two full weeks. The view is incredible and the family enjoyed the sunsets plus beach and lighthouse vistas on a daily basis. The kitchen has everything you need, and the beds were all comfortable. Newport is also a favorite destination for us because of the plethera of activities available. We went crabbing, horseback riding and did the Aquarium, plus countless walks on Nye and Agate beaches. Our hosts were impecibly kind and helpful. Wonderful experience!

Great place to stay!

The house is in a fantastic location, right next to a short trail to the beach, and a quick walk or drive to all the shops and restaurants of Nye Beach. The Aquarium and Newport waterfront are just minutes away. Communications with the owners before, during and after our stay were excellent. The house is very comfortable and the view is spectacular.

WOW is an Understatement!

This was the 3rd year that our California and Oregon families spent a pre-holiday weekend at the WOW House. The location of the property is close to restaurants and has spectacular views of the coast. Highly recommend this rental!

This is our 2nd stay in this home. The views and location are unbeatable.

The living room and kitchen are spacious with unobstructed views of beach and lighthouse. The master bedroom is very comfortable. The beach access is convenient. The owners are friendly and responsive. We look forward to our next visit.

Wow! The Best House!

The pictures don’t do the property justice. The views consistently took our breath away. Walks on the beach or into town were easy and frequent. Our hosts were outstanding communicators and quickly responded to any inquiries we had. The fully-stocked kitchen made cooking a pleasure. We highly recommend visiting the Wow House!

WOW is an Understatement!!!

This was the second year or family got together at the WOW House. The photos on the website are the actual views of the Oregon Coast as our family sat around the fireplace in the living room area. The WOW House is a short walk to the ocean and easily accessible to nearby restaurants and shops. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the rooms are clean and comfy. A must for a Newport Oregon stay!

Amazing view and house! Newport Gem!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The view and living area are immaculate! You can’t beat have the panoramic ocean view with the windows open. The decorations and vibe make you feel like you are in a different world. We were able to easily access the beach down the path right outside the home. Nye beach shops are a short walk away. We had all amenities for our toddler and enough items in the kitchen to have any meal prepared.

Very dated but incredible views & quite roomy. Needs fire place tools. Furniture was quite dated but functional. Master bath had no door but Ok. Master bed was very comfortable. All in all, good place.

We felt comfortable and wowed by the views out every window. And there are many west ocean facing. We got unexpected sunshine. Ample kitchen stuff for comfortable morning routine, finding it hard to leave the views. That said Nye Beach and the burgeoning restaurant area is just a short walk. all in all a perfectly quiet location with great ocean views. We had a great time.

AMAZING

You could not ask for a better view! The walk down to the beach is right out the front door! Everyone was able to walk down and back up the trail ok, even the 5 year old. The house had everything you would need to cook meals, we cooked almost all of our meals there. There are three bedrooms downstairs with a bathroom and the main bedroom is upstairs with ensuite, and a half bath upstairs. The master is huge! There is plenty of sitting in the dining and living room. The beach is walkable both ways and is perfect for swimming, beach combing etc. The house is decorated so nicely, its very cute! We had an amazing stay!

Amazing stay

We had an amazing time at this beautiful house. The views were amazing and the house was clean and inviting. I’m disabled and because everything is on the upstairs level I had a hard time getting up and down the stairs and I guess I didn’t realize there were so many stairs. My mom is 85 and she was taking a shower in the downstairs bathroom and there is nothing to hold onto in the shower so she had to hold onto the toilet to get out of the shower so maybe put a safety bar somewhere around there. The one ply toilet paper was disappointing, but everything else was absolutely amazing and we highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a wonderful stay at the beach!

Family Vacation at the Coast

What a great place to get our adult children and their wives together. Wow House has a great location, the kitchen is fully stocked, everyone found a bed to their liking, and the VIEWS are amazing from almost every room. With the trail next to the house you can be on the beach in just a few minutes. Perfect location to walk into Nye Beach and we even walked to the Yaquina lighthouse one day, about a 6 - 7 mile roundtrip via the beach. Be aware that the house has not been updated or deeply cleaned so if this bothers you, you won't be happy. The benefits mentioned above are well worth it.

Wow is right!

We stayed in this property once 9 years earlier and came back as we liked how well stocked the kitchen was for cooking equipment and of course the incredible view! There is also a trail right next to the house that takes you down to the beach. We haven't been able to get back since it is always booked a year in advance and we aren't that well organized! This was spur of the moment 2 months in advance and mid week was perfect. That being said, the property is starting to look a little worn and a few maintenance issues could be addressed. The outside paint is peeling so a fresh coat would be a good idea. The deck needs to be recoated....maybe that's what it looks like after one winter and it hasn't been dry enough to recoat. I'm sure decks really take a beating on the coast! The kitchen cabinets could be refreshed since they take up such a large part of the kitchen. Having a couch that sits more upright instead of so low to the ground would be helpful for us older folks.....those 9 years since I was there last make a difference and it was hard to get back out of it....I used the diningroom chairs to sit in. I never was able to hook up to the internet although my husband could and we both have the same laptop. We couldn't figure it out so that was odd but I guess must be my problem as his worked fine. I wish this and other homes would have a notebook explaining how to use all the remotes. We did eventually figure most of it out but could never figure out how to get TV in the livingroom athough the bedroom was easy. But the location and view can't be beat! I really love that house! It's a great property!

Our whole group wasn’t able to join due to an emergency in the family, so I wasn’t able to attend, but the hosts were so kind and understanding while trying to figure out rescheduling. In the long run, my sister and her husband ended up staying. She said she was absolutely floored at the beauty of the scenery and said the house was perfect and sparkly clean. She also said the beds were very comfortable as well. She told me this was a top trip of her lifetime. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
