We spent two weeks at Dennisâ apartment. It was one of the best places we stayed in Nice. Excellent location: a bit far from the center to walk, but much fewer crowds, particularly on the beach, which is just in front of the building; a supermarket and boulangerie are nearby, and tram stops are in close proximity to go to/from the airport or city center. Apartment: spacious, with separate rooms including a quiet bedroom facing rue de California and a modern bathroom; spacious, well-equipped kitchen including washer, dishwasher, large fridge, and coffee machine; spacious terrace with a magnificent sea view. Smooth communication with Dennis, easy check-in and check-out. We would gladly stay here again and recommend the same to others.
We stayed at the VUE MER apartment for the second time in five years, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. Although it is somewhat distant from the city center, where the main attractions, good restaurants, large supermarkets, and farmers' markets are located, the area is less crowded than the center. Additionally, public transportation in Nice is excellent, with trips to the center taking 10-15 minutes.The apartment is well-maintained, and the terrace offers a beautiful view. The beach is just across the road. However, our initial communication with the owner was slow, and we did not receive the arrival details until the last moment, which required us to call for clarification. Fortunately, this issue was resolved quickly, and we were allowed to check in earlier than the regular time. Any other minor issues during our stay were also addressed promptly.
