Not what I was hoping for

Ana is very, very sweet so I struggle to write an honest review but I also spent a lot of money on this stay and really regret my decision so I hope others don’t have a similar experience. While Ana was very responsive at first several things went wrong on our trip that were never resolved. The bath water was brown which bothered us because we have a young child who tries to drink it. Our TV didn’t work. The internet was inconsistent. There was no dish detergent. We had used shampoo and soap bottle which I would have rather had nothing than something others showered with. I truly believe Ana cares. She even gave us a high chair to use. But I think she is also new to being a host and there are some things that could have gone better. One last thing is I would highly discourage anyone with small kids to stay here! There are fragile items everywhere and the furniture, sheets and towels are all white or easy to stain. I was a nervous wreck all week trying not to break anything. Also, know that the price is deceptive! On top of the normal nightly stay are some very large additional fees. A hotel would have been WAY cheaper and I would have had working internet, TV and clean water.

Wonderful listing!!

The place was amazing and in a great location! The owner was also wonderful! We had flight issues and she was so sympathetic and accomodating!I would highly recommend to anyone and plan on staying here again in the future!!

Excellent apartment and location

Excellent location, spacious apartment with great bed, shower and heater. All was comfortable and very clean. Internet was top notch.

Comfortable & Enjoyable Stay

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our time during a five-night stay in mid-October. It has a decent size bedroom (with a very comfortable bed) and a nice bathroom. The full size kitchen has everything you need, whether you are just having coffee or making dinner. There is also a nice living room/dining area as well. The apartment building is set back from the street, behind a front-facing house, so you may have trouble locating it as it is not entirely visible from the street. Parking is included, but it's not marked (it's next to the west side fence and a garage door- please verify with owner). All in all this was a very nice apartment and we look forward to future bookings here.

Fantastic stay.

This rental was very clean and comfortable, good size bedroom and bathroom. Owner is Very communicative and helpful, she gave us information about things to do in the area. Even though there is no air-conditioning the breeze was nice at night. The side stairway is close to the unit door. The Building is set back on the lot with the address not visible from the street, but once we figured that out, the driveway was easy to find. Also parking is included! Its not marked, but the spot is next to the fence. This was a very nice Rental and I’d stay again when I’m back!

This was exactly what I needed. Got a bit hot when the temperature rose, but as long as there was a breeze the apartment was comfortable.

A fair stock of acohol. disinfecting wipes ( bleach) , gloves and mask would be awaiting for you to keep you relaxed and safe.
